(Jimin focus)
He made his way over to Jungkook's house, poison bottle in bag. Jimin couldn't believe that was actually going to follow through with this. To poison Jungkook? He pushed the guilt from his mind. He wasn't going to question his own actions. Everything he would be doing would be for Jungkook's sake of course.
He knocked on the front door, and waited patiently for Jungkook to open it. When he did, he greeted Jimin with his usual bright smile. "Hi Jiminie-" He was cut off by another voice. "Who's at the door Jungkookie?" A feminine voice called. Jungkookie? Only I call him that.
"It's just Jimin." Jungkook answered. Jimin's smile faltered. She was here. That girl that was causing him all of his problems. "Come in Jimin." Jungkook said opening the door all the way to make way for me. "Thanks." He replied simply. He looked around the house, just taking in the hominess of the place.
Sangmin's here... so this is going to be harder than I thought.
He noticed that Sangmin was in the kitchen, cooking something. Probably to impress Jungkook with her cooking skills. I'd probably be a better cook than her any day.
"Hello Sangmin." Jimin greeted her normally like any other day, with a fake smile. "Hello Jimin." She greeted me with an equally as fake smile. Ha... she's super fake, what does Jungkook see in her? Jungkook clapped his hands together. "Jimin, you should help Sangmin with the cooking."
Displeasure was etched into Sangmin's facial features, but she didn't look up from her work nor protested. "Why?" Jimin asked in what was really fake wonder, since he already knew why he asked. "Uh, because you're a great cook, duh." He knew that, but he decided it'd be best to pretend to be surprised anyways. "R-Really? You think that?"
He ruffled my hair. "Of course. Alright, I'll be in the living room." Sangmin didn't look like she was enjoying Jimin's presence. Obviously, the latter was doing his job right.
Jimin decided to gain her trust, or at least try to be pleasant with the other girl. "So what're you cooking?" "Bulgogi." Tch. How basic. "Ooh, how nice! Let me help you with that." There was a blank expression on her face, so she was considering it. "Um... no thanks, but can you watch it, because I need to go to the restroom?"
Perfect.
"Oh, of course." Sangmin nodded slowly and made her way to the restroom. Jimin scanned the kitchen and surrounding areas.
Nobody.
He snatched the poison out of his black leather bag carefully, stood up, and approached the stove tentatively. He sprinkled some on the food and looked around once again. He wouldn't be caught in the act.
Jimin stuffed the bottle in the aforementioned bag and quickly washed his hands. Exactly 4 minutes and 37 seconds later (and counting), Sangmin walked into the kitchen and asked, "Did you watch it?" Of course I did. No shit.
"Yeah."
She bowed her head in a small thanks. Hm, I almost feel bad that she'll be dead within the next 24 hours. Key word, almost. "Jungkookie! The food is ready!" Sangmin called.
Now for the fun part...
"Coming!" Jungkook came into the kitchen, rubbing his hands. He was probably excited to taste Sangmin's cooking.
Sangmin grabbed a bowl and swiftly cut up the meat. I must say, she's quite skilled with a knife. Sangmin scraped the meat off the cutting board, and into the bowl. She handed it to Jungkook and gave him a pair of chopsticks.
Jungkook uttered a quiet thank you and grabbed his chopsticks. "Do you want some Jimin?" Sangmin offered the other male politely. "No thanks, I had a big meal before coming here." Sangmin shrugged. "Oh, alright. Well dig in, Jungkook."
Jungkook nodded and picked up a piece of meat with his chopsticks. He popped it into his mouth and chewed on it slowly. "D-Do you like it?" Sangmin asked shyly but with clear expectancy in her voice. As soon as he swallowed it, the reaction would be immediate. Once he did, Jungkook started coughing. "Water! J-Jimin! The w-water-"
Jimin dashed off his chair, towards the pantry where he knew the water would be. He grabbed the first bottle he saw and handed it to Jungkook. The younger opened it and chugged the water in one go. Jimin patted his back comfortingly while Sangmin stood there in shock.
Her eyes were completely full of dread and they seemed almost grey. Her eyebrows were contorted into that of confusion.
"S-Sangmin... haha, I guess cooking isn't really your forté. We can leave that to Jimin." Jungkook was evidently barely able to laugh it off. "It's really ok Sangmin, no worries." He knew that Jungkook would be forgiving towards Sangmin. The next part hasn't kicked in yet.
As if on cue, Jungkook pursed his lips and swallowed. "A-actually, I think I'm gonna be sick!" He got up, knocking down the chair in the process. He ran to the trash can, and practically vomited his guts out. His face was painted with a sort of delirium and it seemed as if he was intoxicated. He wasn't really, it was just the simple effect of the poison.
-and how does one look after they finish vomiting the containments in their body? Exactly like that.
Jimin didn't fail to react. He grabbed his water bottle and rubbed circles on Jungkook's back. He turned his head to look back at Sangmin and gave her a look of disapproval. Her eyes were watery and she seemed regretful. Most likely pondering what in the world she did to that bulgogi that would make Jungkook react in such a manner.
Did I feel bad? Not for Sangmin. "I think you should leave." Jimin mouthed to Sangmin.
Her mouth was pressed into a thin line. She had half the brain to know this wasn't a situation where she should hang around. Hm, better for me. Both males heard the slam of the door and Jimin smirked. All according to plan. Jimin turned his attention back to Jungkook, who was finally done vomiting. "Jungkookie... you need to go take a shower and brush your teeth. I'll take care of you."
"W-Where's Sangmin?" Oh... so he's still concerned about her. "Don't worry about her, she rushed out in a dazed panic. Right now I'm worried about you. While you're taking a shower, I'll get you some pain killers and make you tea. Sound good?"
Jungkook nodded. "Alright, let's go." Jimin smiled at the younger sweetly while leading him to the bathroom. "Ok can you do the rest yourself?" He nodded slowly. "Y-yeah I only vomited. It's not like I'm completely incapacitated." I patted his back. "Alright Jungkookie, call me if you need anything."
That went better than I expected. Now to find his phone... As soon as Jimin heard the sprinkling of the water hitting the tile, he grabbed Jungkook's phone from the couch and unlocked it. Damn, he really needs a password on his phone, anybody could easily access it if he leaves it unattended... Oh wait, I'm doing that.
Jimin easily unlocked his phone and went to his messages. He found the neon green message icon and scrolled to find Sangmin's contact.
