"It's ok Jungkookie. It's not your fault." Jimin cooed in a failed attempt to try and make Jungkook feel better. "Y-Yes it is." You see, as soon as Jungkook had heard about Sangmin's little... mishap the other day, he went into a depressive state.

Jimin said he'd be over it by Monday, but will he? All Jungkook wanted to do was wallow in his shame while wrapped in his taquito made of blankets. Jungkook may act all tough and rough on the outside, but Jimin knew the real Jungkook.

He's a big softie, and always cared too much about everything. "Leave me be Jimin! A-Actually, no, bring me a cookie and more pain killers." Jungkook said with a pout. "You're a brat you know that." Jimin teased with no malice. "Yes, I'm painfully aware of it." Jungkook said angelically.

Jimin shook his head and stood up. "I'll be back." Jungkook nodded and shooed him out of the room. Do I feel bad? Hm... not really. I mean, Jungkook is sad, but I'm here to make him happy. Right?

Jimin was questioning himself. Why did Jungkook have to be so damn caring? Why couldn't he just forget about Sangmin? She was dead after all. There was absolutely nothing that set her apart from other girls.

Jimin sighed and grabbed the white bottle of pain killers, along with a chocolate chip cookie. Jimin opened the door to Jungkook's room and thew him the bottle. "Hey you didn't have to throw it!" Jimin shrugged his shoulders.

"And you didn't have to be a taquito and make me do everything for you." "Very good point Jimin-ah." Jungkook nodded approvingly. Ugh... why is he so cute?! Jimin thought.

"Whatever nerd."

"Says the geek."

"Jungkook." Jimin said out of the blue. "Hm?" The older bit his lip nervously. That was odd... "I have a question." He said that in a small voice almost as if he didn't want to be heard. "Alright, what's your question?" Jungkook was genuinely curiously. "W-Why did you like Sangmin?"

That question grabbed his attention fully. Jungkook sipped his water and raised an eyebrow. "Why do you ask?" "Just interested I guess. I never really got to know her very well." Jungkook sighed sadly. That's a laughable question.

"Well love is a complex thing Jiminie." —he used overdramatic hand gestures to try and illustrate it for him, "I don't expect you to even fathom the meaning of love." Jimin rolled his eyes at the younger. "Using big words doesn't make you cool. I bet you don't even know what they mean you idiot."

Oh so we're starting again? "Dimwit." "Imbecile." Jungkook threw a pillow at him. "Why you little-" Jimin grabbed another pillow and smacked him right back. "Hey! You can't hit sick people!" Jimin laughed.

"Sure I can. I just did." Jungkook had enough of this little man. He knew exactly what he needed to do to make him apologize. Jungkook tackled the smaller boy and started tickling him. "Jungkoo- pffft s-stop! N-Nooo stop tickling me you little shit!" He could barely even formulate a proper sentence between laughs.

"Apologize."

"No!"

"I won't stop tickling you if you don't apologize." So Jungkook assumed he would never stop tickling him. "Y-You suck (Jin)!" Jimin flipped him over. "How the- Jimin-" He started tickling Jungkook instead. "The tables have been turned!"

"Now eat your damn cookie, child!" Jimin practically yelled, stuffing the cookie into the latter's mouth. The pair were left in a position where he Jimin was straddling Jungkook's hips while the younger was just halfheartedly munching on his cookie.

"This is... odd Jungkook."

"No. It's just bro's being bro's."

"We can cuddle, I mean we're just being bros." Jungkook said. "Oh yeah, definitely just bros! Nothing more than that..." Jimin agreed. Jimin looked like he wanted to say something, but instead he laid there in complete silence.

Jungkook wanted to ask him what he was thinking.

(Taehyung focus)

(A snippet into Taehyung's mind because we need it)

Taehyung wasn't in the best of moods. Scratch that, he was in the absolute worst of moods. Recently, his cousin, Kim Sangmin had just been reported of committing suicide. Quite frankly, Taehyung didn't believe that. At all. The statement was actual cow shit.

Kim Sangmin, the sunshine of the family. Always happy and laughing. He knew his cousin well and he knew she was not unhappy, much less depressed. Taehyung was well aware that people could hide their sadness underneath smiles, but he knows his cousin. The person that he grew up with his entire life. Her smiles were genuine.

Never forced.

Taehyung decided to look at the factors. It couldn't have been pressure from exams. Those weren't for another month, and besides, Sangmin was a smart person. Maybe her boyfriend wasn't good to her, or maybe even violent? What if- no, Taehyung didn't even think it was a damn suicide.

Jumping into conclusions wouldn't help. He needed to collectively organize all of the facts and he would start with the person who reported it all. Park Jimin.
