The morning had come, it was the day that Lou would really begin his first few steps in changing his life. He slept in bed relaxing considering how early the morning was. He was going to go back to sleep due to how comfy Mandy's living spaces just happen to be. He heard some angelic noises downstairs though, harmonic tunes and music playing not too loudly to disturb Lou- loud enough for him to slightly hear it though. He opened his eyes slowly, taking in the serene moment he may or may not get back. He did a good open stretch at got out of bed.

Because Lou had only arrived to a proper accommodation, he didn't really have anything else to wear other than his suit. All he did was take off his blazer and pants. He didn't really fuss too much about it though. He got dressed and headed downstairs to be greeted be an aroma that would entice the senses of many. Mandy's cooking was just too good for words- after last night, he would always cherish her artistic skills. 'Wait. Last night!' Lou though to himself as he stopped midway down the stairs- not before long was when he started to blush for his reason of realisation.

"Okay. She doesn't know you like her, so therefore nothing has really happened. Keep it chill buddy." Lou spoke to himself quietly under his breath, reassuring himself hoping that his cover would not be blown. He completely made his way down the stairs, reaching flat soft ground. His eyes darted from the front of the stairs to the view of the kitchen where Mandy stood. She was making a very simple classic recipe for breakfast; French Toast. The song had just finished and a new song played. Lou noticed that when this song played, Mandy started to feel more into the music than usual. Dancing like no one was there.

"Mmmmm. Mmmmm." Mandy hummed to the song sway from side to side waiting to flip her piece of French toast over. Lou closing his eyes, mesmerised by her angelic voice.

"Wanna believe what you say..." Mandy started, her voice sounding raspy, yet soothing and flavoursome

"But I hate you on most days
You've been testing my faith and my patience, yeah" Mandy flipped over the piece of French toast and began to fry the other remaining side. Eventually the chorus came up to the song. Mandy didn't fully put on a concert per say, but her voice and small sways in addition with the smell of her sweet cooking was similar to the beauty of a crowd holding their phone up with their flashlight on swaying their arms from side to side.

"What if nothing ever will change?" To Mandy, this was in reference to Lou.

"Oh I'm caught between your love and a hard place
Oh I wish there was a right way
I'm caught between your love and a hard place, oh
Whoa, oh oh whoa, oh oh whoa, oh oh whoa" Mandy hitting that last note with a sensational run. Lou really couldn't get enough of her exquisite talent. But he eventually broke out of hypnotic state and just still leaned against the wall just watching Mandy. A good 30 seconds past and Mandy finally gets a sense that she is being watched.

She turns around to see Lou standing there with a small smirk on his face. Mandy silently cursed in her head at the sunlights angle. The sunlight was focused on his face and complexion. He was shining and his eyes were so crystal to the core, Mandy blushed trying not to get caught in her gazing act. Thankfully Lou didn't really notice and thought that it was because he thought he just frightened her. Mandy on the outside as this was happening jumped and put a hand over her heart trying to calm herself down. Lou slightly chuckled and walked over to the kitchen counter.

"Those smell good, Mandy." Lou complimented. Mandy smiled in gratitude "Thanks." She finished her remaining French Toast and served herself a plate. "You hungry?" She asked, Lou nodded before she was getting another plate and started another French toast meal. Lou sat down at the kitchen counter taking in the smell once again, grateful for the aroma in the room. It was then silent for a few good minutes, not so long to a point where it is awkward, but up to a point where the needed silence could now be broken. Mandy flipped Lou's first French toast over and began. "So, did you sleep well?" She raised an eyebrow, not in a mischievous way, but in a way that she is calm and genuine. Lou then broke character for a moment. "Oh? Um. Yeah! Yeah. I slept well." Lou stammered, scratching the back of his head. Mandy laughed silently, making Lou calm down. Her voice -no matter how little sounds she made- was so serene. He looked outside, taking in the sunshine to heart, appreciating the sunshine that sped through the seems of her curtains.

"You nervous about today?" Mandy asked as she continued to shake the pan gradually back an fourth to speed up the cooking process. Lou thought about how he genuinely felt about it. His hand underneath his chin pondering. Through all this time after having Mandy around more than he thought he would, he never really thought about how big today of a day it was for him as well as it was for the rest of the students.

"In all honesty, I'm terrified. But I am kind of relaxed seeing as lots of people are starting to forgive me already. Mandy nodded in agreement. "Well in that case, you'll be fine. You just got to be yourself. And I mean yourself." Lou nodded, looking down again contemplating whether or not he should believe that he has a chance. Mandy saw through him as she slowly put down her piece of French Toast, leaving it to slightly simmer on the pan. She walked over to him slowly, Lou not noticing her making her way towards him.

Slowly Mandy wrapped her arms over his shoulders, giving him a passionate and comforting hug. Lou looked up, eyes widening as he soon began to blush furiously. His heart beating at maximum speed. Mandy's heart was speeding as fast as Lou's, hugging him tightly. "If I forgave you, then so can they." Mandy stated. Lou as she said that hugged her back around her waist, making her feel secure and safe in his arms. The hug wasn't long, it lasted only a few more seconds. They then separated slowly, smiling at one another. Mandy the. turned around and walked over to the stove with the remaining French toast sitting on the pan. First checking if it was full cooked, and then placing it down once she nodded her head saying it was ready to be served.

"Order up."
