A doorbell sound was heard, and both Mandy and Lou looked over in that direction to wonder who would walk through it.

"I got it. " Mandy offered before Lou nodded  as he was eating the remains of his crispy French Toast. Mandy walked over to the door at a steady pace, reached for the knob and twisted it open- revealing Ox, looking positive as ever.

"Hey Ox. " Mandy smiled. Ox nodded back with the same amount of energy. "Here to pick up Lou I suppose?" "Yep! Today is gonna be a new day, and I need Lou to be ready. " Ox said as he was walking into the room. Mandy nodded in understanding, walking over to Lou who continued to munch on his French Toast.  Mandy as she gazes more on to Lou's face and expression, he looked so at peace and so calm with everything going on around him. Lou at first seemed so remorse and angry- in all honesty he probably still is. But to Mandy, she felt so comfortable and somewhat calm around him. Especially by looking at his face now, enjoying his food and eating slowly with a smile on his face. Lou finished chewing his last piece of French Toast, the food sliding down his throat making him feel somewhat full seeing as it was so filling.

Although for Lou it was very unnecessary to realise, Lou had a hidden talent to be able to engulf food at a high rate, yet chew so softly and slowly it looked as though he was merrily taking his time  Lou looked up from his plate of food. His eyes fixed on Ox and after realising his presence in the room.

"Hey Ox!" Lou greeted. Ox smiled. "Howdy. Are we ready to go?" Lou nodded in reply, hopping out of his seat and giving Mandy a small wink in gratitude for the filling breakfast- much to Mandy's delight, she found it very much attractive resulting in a blush. Lou turned away from her before he had the chance to notice. Ox however noticed her reaction and smirked as he walked away with Lou to his office. "See ya, Mandy" Lou said- Ox nodding along -as he farewelled his way out of the door. Mandy stopped blushing right after he left, closing the door behind him. She sighed in aspiration, feeling like she is getting somewhat closer to Lou. She looks up at her clock, reading the time to be somewhat  11 to 5. She then found herself smiling like an idiot as she still kept her mind on Lou- believing that she knows he'll do great today. To Mandy's surprise, a sharp knock on the door in front of her was present, shocking her out of her daydreaming presence. She walked over to the door, twisting the knob and pulling it. revealing Moxy standing there with a smile on her face.

"Hey Mandy, since Lou is out I though you might want some company." Moxy offered. Mandy smiled in gratitude motioning her to come inside. Moxy happily obliged and invited herself into the kitchen. Soon Mandy and Moxy were washing dishes, chatting amongst themselves with occasional laughter present every now and then.

"So you and Lou had gotten very close~" Moxy teased, resulting Mandy to become stiff. Mandy just nervously laughed and continued to scrub another dish down. "What ever you are thinking, Stop." Mandy tried so hard not to crack, resulting her secret to be spilled. Of course everyone (The Ugly Dolls and Nolan) knew her secret.

"Come onnn.... We all know that you like him!" Moxy exclaimed. Mandy stopped washing her now second to last dish. She looked up at Moxy with a slight blush on her face.

"So? What if I do." Mandy admitted slightly with her eyes closed and her arms crossed together. Moxy smirked glad that she was able to get something out of her.

"Then why don't you tell him?" Moxy asked with such expression, her eyes turning up from smiling so much.

"I just don't understand how to tell her, you know? Like I'm still new to these feelings." Lou admitted as he was walking with Ox on the way to his office.

Lou never really noticed, but he spotted a few female dolls every now and then glancing at his way admiring his new look and attitude. It gave Lou a sense of confidence even when a few guys stared at his way- not in a romantic way though, more of a tinge of pride and joy for Lou's revelation and announcement in changing.

Ox nodded "Well why is it so hard? Haven't you dated other girls from what I've heard." Lou looked down, slightly blushing and feeling disappointed at his past actions. Sure Lou was a bit of a playboy but he never really took love seriously at this time so he wouldn't know how to handle seriously romantic feelings- especially since he loves someone.

"I mean that last part is true, I did date some girls. But I never took love seriously, so I never knew what it was like to handle a proper relationship." Lou admitted scratching the back of his head as he walked with Ox still making their way to the office. Ox still being his cheerful self paid attention to what Lou was saying but tried to make the best of it.

"I know for a fact that she likes you." Ox stated.

"Oh yeah and how well do you know that?" Mandy asked in disbelief, not wanting to give into the hope that her feelings might actually be returned. Moxy rolled her eyes in playful annoyance, aware of Mandy's reason for her response yet slightly annoyed at her antics. "Mandy, I don't know if you have really noticed. From an outside view from where you and Lou stand you guys look awfully close."

Mandy's eyes widened. Did they really come that way to the audience of the public? To their friends? Mandy should feel worried, but she couldn't help but feel excited for herself. Smiling secretly facing away from Moxy and towards the sunlight in front of a window.

"You really think so?" Both Lou and Mandy hopefully question from different view points as they look up in hope.
