Monday. I got up early as usual and prepared for the day. Today is Jeoff's first day, and his course is the same as Kuya Erice. They'll probably be classmates.
"I won't be able to come home with you guys," Kuya Erice said as the vehicle came to a halt in front of the school.
"Why? You going somewhere?" I asked and he nodded. "Where?"
"Secret!" he replied, wrapping his arm over my shoulder.
"By the way, when are we going to practice?" Kuya Raye asked. Oh! I nearly forgot about that!
"Practice for what?" Jeoff asked.
"The band. We joined the concert for the school anniversary," I said.
"This weekend, if everyone is available," Kuya Erice stated.
"Would you like to join?" I asked Jeoff. It would be great if he could join us. He plays a lot of instruments and he has a great voice too!
"Is it okay?" He asked my brothers and they nodded. "Okay then count me in."
We arrived in my room and before I bid goodbye to them, I said something to Jeoff.
"Good luck on your first day!" I told him as I patted his shoulder. He smiled and walked away with my brothers.
I smiled at her when she waved at me.
"Shay!" She said, taking her bag from the seat next to her. "You may sit here," niya said.
"Isn't today our presentation?" I asked, and she nodded.
"Don't worry, we'll do great." Sabi niya at nag thumbs up pa.
When our professor entered, she quickly instructed us to pass a piece of paper with our names written on it. I hope we will not be the first presenters.
They presented well and their chosen business is great too.
"Ms. Azcona and Ms. Zachary," she called our names and we stood up to get in front of our classmates.
We did a good job presenting. Hana is an excellent presenter, and she did not complicate our presentation, which our professor appreciated because it was simple to grasp.
"You did great!" She said quietly as we sat back down.
