A knock on my door jolted me awake. Tumayo ako at bubuksan ko sana ang pinto nang may magsalita.
"Good morning, sleepyhead. Wake up," he murmured quietly. It had to be Jeoff.
"I'm already awake," I admitted quietly. We both laughed, and he instructed me to hurry up and get ready for school.
Pagkatapos kong mag half bath, I got ready and went downstairs to eat breakfast. We weren't finished since they were either too inebriated or had already arrived at work.
"What happened to Topher?" Lolo inquired. "Yce said that he has not yet awake. I thought he had a plan for today? "
Just by that, we heard someone rushing downstairs.
"Where is Kuya Chael?! I told him he had to wake me up! " We heard him yell.
Kuya Michael has already left yata?
"What's the use of his alarm clock then?" tanong ni Kuya Wayne. I chuckled at him.
He entered the dining room and I think he was looking for Kuya Michael.
He is a mess, oh my gosh. Magulo yung buhok niya pati na yung polo niya.
"He's gone?!" He scoffed at tumakbo papunta sa kitchen.
We continued eating na parang walang nangyari. We're used to it already. Kaya dapat hindi siya pinapainom kapag may schedule eh.
"Claudio will fucking kill me," he said as he grabbed a croissant and I felt him pat my head. "I'm leaving! Bye!" tumakbo siya palabas ng room.
"Ingat!" I said to him even though he might not hear it.
Lolo was just laughing because of Kuya. "Give him something later. Perhaps he has a hangover."
Tumango kami at kumain ulit. We left the house as soon as we finished eating.
Nothing much really happened at school. We had another exam in the first half, followed by some discussion in the second. My mind was drifting elsewhere, which is why I couldn't concentrate on the issue the lecturer was talking.
My brothers told me they had things to do after class and requested Jeoff to accompany me home.. Naunang umalis si Hana kaya naiwan ako sa campus. I sat near the field where football players are practicing.
"Hey."
Nagulat ako sa tumapik sa akin at nasabing, "oh my god!" Tumingin ako at nakita ko si Jeoff. "Jeoff!"
Tumawa lang siya at maya-maya ay inoffer yung hand niya para makatayo ako. I accepted it at tumayo. Umalis na rin kami at pumunta sa parking lot.
