Roommates!

Chapter 29

Once arriving home, they three remaining people of the party immediately rushed to whatever room or bathroom they could to either pass out or throw up.

Jill turned on the sink faucet in the bathroom, cupping her hands underneath the running water and then splashing it on her face. She did this a couple time before wiping her face off with a towel and exiting the room.

Taylor and Danny went straight to their rooms, both falling into their beds and passing out. Tonight was pretty rough for everyone.

Jill made her way back to the living area to see some familiar faces.

"Jill?" Ellie questioned as she looked up at the girl.

Jill just hummed in response, holding a small smile on her face.

"It's very good to see ya!" Ellie exclaimed.

"It's good to see you too ellie." Jill mumbled out her words, she had an aching headache and was honest ready to pass out while standing.

Abby noticed this and pushed Ellie's arm, "Go help Jill to the couch before she dies!"

Ellie got up immediately and rushed around the couch just as Jill was about to fall backward. Ellie caught her in time, bringing Jill back to her feet. Ellie then helped Jill to one of the other couches, and had Jill sit down.

Abby was highly curious, same with Etai although he was asleep in Abby's lap. "Jill what happened?" Abby asked.

Jill was zoned out, she was still intoxicated a bit from tonight. Abby and Ellie look at each other confused before Scout busted the door open.

Jill's body tensed up but she didn't look to see what happened. Abby and Ellie on the other hand, with now Etai all look behind them and at the door.

"Scout! What the hell?!" Abby yelled.

"Oops." Was all Scout said before shrugging, "I nearly lost all my shit to fucking children." Scout complained. It seemed all the shit he drank just washed out of him completely.

"What do you mean by that g?" Etai asked as he tiredly wiped his eyes.

"Fuckin' Ace man, he's an annoying little shit who can't keep his nose in his own shit." Scout said as he made his way to the kitchen, opening the fridge.

"Ace?" Abby questioned before she froze, thinking about the phone call that she received from Adam earlier. "Ah fuck! That's what Adam was talking about earlier!" Abby said as she sprung off the couch and now onto the kitchen.

Scout was drinking a glass of water, watching as Abby walked right up to him, "What did Ace do?" Abby asked.

Scout just sighed, "You know that Jason kid that went to hoco with Jill?"

"Yeah." Abby said.

"Well, i dunno what happened exactly, i was inside with Hannah before Zoe came and asked for a favor, but she explained things happening outside." Scout paused to drink his water, "Then uh, all Zoe told me was that some kid got stabbed and that i needed to step in, scare the kid a bit till we get him calmed down and call the police."

"But things got a little outta hand when Zoe started trying to get me to kill Ace, which i sure as hell wasn't doing. I know we all don't like Ace, but i sure as hell ain't gettin blood on my hands." Scout said with a light laugh. "Jill actually saved Ace surprisingly."

"Jill did?" Abby questioned, Etai, who was now in the kitchen, joins in on the conversation as he sat at one of the bar stools.

"Mhm, she just jumped out and aimed the chest to her chest." Scout said, drinking his water.

"I thought Jill didn't like Ace either, she shouldn't because of all the shit Ace says either about her or to her." Abby pointed out.

"Surprised me as well, but she didn't save Ace because she likes him, she saved him to uh, because people shouldn't be killed." Scout kinda explained, but it satisfied Abby and Etai enough.

Ellie then ended up walking into the kitchen. She sat on the bar stool next to Etai, looking to Abby. "Jill fell asleep."

"Good. She's probably fucking exhausted after tonight, especially since she tried so much shit." Scout said with a loud sigh.

"Like alcohol?" Etai questioned.

"With whatever, before the party really started, we split a brownie in half, which made the party 10x better." Scout said with a proud laugh, putting the glass into sink.

"Are you serious??" Ellie asked as she stood up from her seat.

"Yeah, why wouldn't i be?" Scout said. The three really looked at Scout and noticed that his eyes were a bit pink, which would probably explain some things.

"You guys shouldn't be doing drugs." Etai said, the two girls agreed.

"It's fine, she was curious and i didn't think too much of it." Scout shrugged and walked into the hallway, "Anyway, good night." He said as he got to his room, seeing Danny passed out on his bed. Scout turned to David to see him on his computer.

"Why you still up?" Scout asked, removing the gun from his back and setting in on the ground next to his bed.

"I don't sleep much." David said, playing whatever game was on his screen.

"Whatever man." Scout said as he flopped on his bed, passing out one he hit the surface of his bed.

"Night Scout!" Abby said as Scout disappeared down the hall.

"The thought of Scout having a fun on his back scares me." Ellie said.

"Oh don't worry, Scout wouldn't use his guns unless there was a REAL emergency." Etai said, a smile appearing onto his face.

Abby then yawned, "Alright, it's bed time."

Ellie and Etai giggled, nodding.

"Goodnight Etai." Abby said, hugging him before now walking to her room.

"Goodnight!" Etai said before walking into his room, closing the door after him.

Ellie followed Abby into their room, seeing that Taylor was already asleep.

"She didn't even talk to us." Ellie said.

Abby just laughed, "Shes tired, i don't blame her." Abby said before sitting on her bed, Ellie now laying on her bed.

"Night night." Abby said before turning off the lamp and surrounding them all in darkness.
