Chapter 10: Ellen

Paige's POV

I needed a dress to make my big appearance. I wanted something casual since I wasn't guest starring. I looked through my closet. Hmm I picked up a blue lace dress. It was very modern, but not to fancy. I slipped the dress on and added some converse. I grabbed my bag, got in my blue Mercedes, and I was ready to watch the show.

Chloe's POV

"Soo... Umm... How's your show?" I try to make small talk with Lucy, and of course I fail. It's like I'm a middle schooler again and I'm trying to make friends.

"We're here!" The driver yells from the front. He escorts us to this humongous makeup trailer. When we step inside it's a makeup palace!

One entire wall was shelves of different eye shadows, none where exactly the same shade! The other wall was all blush, the other was mascara and eyeliner, and the last one was foundations and coverage stuff.

"Miss Lukasiak! It's so pleasant to be working with you! I'm James Pipe and I will be your makeup artist. Since you have gorgeous tan I'll stick with a lighter palate."

When I look in the mirror I look like a true movie star. Lucy looks like a 25 year old! This makeup artist is a genius! At that time Ellen calls us to the stage and I sit in the seat that has a golden star that says Chloe. It was amazing! My career is taking off!

Paige's POV

Ellen announces Chloe, but what I don't know was that Lucy was here! Chloe's not that famous! At least I thought so, but the audience clapped louder for her. How is that possible?!

I start to feel this rush of guilt. The dress was the one she wore when the accident happened.

Also, Chloe says," I just want to tell Katherine List, wherever you are that I'm sorry and I hope we can be friends again. I was so selfish and I apologize." The slime would tick off any second.

Chloe's POV

"NOOOOOOOOO!" Paige yells as she pushes my chair back and runs unfront of me. All of a sudden this yellow glump covers her and Lucy head to toe.

"I'm sorry I was jealous. I should apologize not you. I just wish that I could be like you since birth. I'm sorry I was selfish, in sorry for everything." She sobs.

I smile, "of course I forgive you, you got slimed for me."

"What about me!" Lucy shrieked. Her once beautiful makeup was all runny and her hair was covered in the yellow slime. Her once sophisticated black gown, now a tie dye mess.

All of a sudden Paige notices my blue eyes, "Your eyes you wanted them to look like Nonas!" She grins. I hug her even though I know she's all slimy.

"At least it's washable!" She says and I giggle.

"Promise me we'll ALWAYS be friends?" I ask.

"Always!" She answers and everyone awws. It was just like TV.

Afterwards Paige, Lucy and I go for diner. Lucy was still angry with Paige, but not after she paid the bill.

"I'm really sorry Lucy I'll pay the bill." She exclaimed, and we all were friends.

I finally lie in bed, something I haven't done in a while because I've been too busy. I haven't slept in three days! Thrice! I finally get comfortable when I get a strange phone call.

"Hey it's Rachel we need you right now for finishing the filming."

"Right now!"

"Yes and it's okay if you come in your pjs the clothing trailer has gowns."

"Oh okay I'll be there."
