Chapter 13

Clara's POV

As you may know my birthday is coming up and I was super exhilarated. Finally, I would see my super star sister again!

I haven't seen her since I turned 10! Anyway the plane landed, and I was so happy I could see Chloe.we haven't told her yet since we wanted her to be surprised. I must say LA is very nice, and it's definitely warmer than Denver that's right.

We finally get out of baggage claim, and catch a taxi to Chloe's apartment. Thinking over it, what if she's on a movie set right now! What if we'll have to wait hours! I hate surprises!

Chloe's POV

I finally get my luggage and head off to see my family. When I get the house all I see is Grand Poppy. He's sitting I the coach watching TV.

"Hi Grand Poppy!" I say giving him a long hug. I haven't seen him in three years!

"Chloe. What a surprise! Clara and your parents went to LA to surprise you!" I was flabbergasted. This did not just happen I pinch my self but it's not a dream.

I call them," Why did you try to surprise me?" I say slightly angrily.

"Well we wanted it to be a good surprise. Where are you?"

"In Denver I was going to surprise YOU!"

"Oh my gosh! This is not what I planned."

"Well me either! I'll just go back to LA. I mean I'm rich I can just buy some tickets, hopefully."

"Ok. I guess that's best." My mom responds.

"See you soon bye." I reply hanging up.

Turns out there was a flight for tomorrow, a little more expensive then I thought, but I just want to see my family. I got a ticket for Grand Poppy too.

The plane lands and I get a taxi with my Grand Poppy. We drive to my apartment and I tell my family to come. I order take out and we sit around, talk and just have an ordinary talk, until I get a phone call.
