Previously on Wonderwall...

"Vanessa.. just let me go, please? I'm fine just let me.. let me get over it."

"No," she mumbled, her head down. I raised my eyebrows in confusion.

"No what?" I whispered.

She stared at the ground silently before raising her head slowly, her eyes now certain and no longer holding confusion. "No.. don't get over it." My back was suddenly against the door, her lips on mine.

I sat on the tub with my eyes on the ground, Vanessa standing a mere couple of feet in front of me.

"It looks like marble." I raised my head and gave her a confusion look, to which she grinned and pointed at the floor. "You look so interested in the ground, I think it's marble." I rolled my eyes and dropped my head back down. "Come on, Y/nn... what are you thinking?"

"I'm an asshole." I mumbled. I sniffed and raised my head to look back at her. "Not only have I kissed my sisters girlfriend twice.. I enjoyed it both times and that's.." I trailed off and groaned, dropping my head in my hands. "That's so fucked up."

The soft pit pat of her steps drew closer before I felt her sit besides me. "I'm sorry," she started, sighing softly. "It takes two and I have to admit that I.. participated willingly as well so you're not the only to blame." I looked over as she licked her lips. "I can't explain it but whenever you look at me like..." She then looked at me and breathed out slowly. "Like that, I cant seem to contain myself."

I held her eyes for a moment, letting her words spread through me like a wild fire. She felt the same way? My chest warmed up instantly but I still had that one nagging thought on my brain. "So... what does this mean?"

She sighed and slowly stood up, standing in front of me as I looked up at her. "It means you gotta stay away from me for the rest of my life." I grinned and stood up, slightly taller than her but not by more than two inches. "I mean it. Don't come into my coffee shop, don't come by Vivian's at night, you know what? Just stay far away from the north side of Palo Alto and we'll be fine."

I smirked, walking forward as she walked backwards. "Well you have to stop calling me. Find some other geek to fix your computer." She nodded sarcastically, her hands crossing behind her back. "And on game nights? You can't be there."

"Game nights are at my apartment." She countered but I simply shrugged, stopping once her back hit the bathroom door. "You're saying I'm kicked out of my own apartment?"

"I mean, if you want me to be out of your life forever than that's what you'll have to deal with." I said, bringing my voice down a notch as we stared each other down, the space between us shrinking.

"How about you just stop coming over? That sounds more logical." She whispered.

I nodded, my hands slowly sliding around her waist. "I could.. but you would miss me too much, right?" I hummed when she closed her eyes. "Right?"

"Yeah," she breathed out before raising her head, shaking it. "It's happening again."

"I know." I mumbled. "Make me stop because I can't do it myself." She raised her hand to my cheeks slowly, her eyes on my lips.

"I was going to ask you the same thing." She responded before leaning forward but never connecting our lips. I felt her the plumpness of them tingling mine, her breath ticking my nose. I gripped her shirt between my fingers and groaned before, once again, giving up my self control.
