S2:Ep10 Rough Landing

Today was the first day of spring break, it was also the day I was suppose to go with Jospeh out to Miami and, usually, I'd be ecstatic but the pain from last week was killing me. My nose had basically healed externally. It wasn't bruised or swollen but the throbbing was still there.

Which is also why I was laying on Vanessa's bed, my head in her lap while I kept groaning. "It hurtsss." I whined out as she massaged my temples.

"I know baby." She whispered and leaned down to peck my head before bringing the ice pack back up, softly pressing it against nose. "Ten more minutes." I nodded and closed my eyes before groaning when my phone rang but Vanessa grabbed it from my pocket. "It's Jospeh."

"Can you put it on speaker?" She set it on my chest and the ringing was replaced with the sound of screaming. "Hey it's Vanes-"

"Yo Y/nn, I hope you're ready to get fucked up dawg! We going to Miami, baby!" That was definitely Connor.

"Get out my fucking ear, C." Jospeh huffed out. "Hey, we're outside Vanessa's apartment."

"It's open, just come in." Vanessa piped up and almost immediately the front door opened and I heard a bunch of ruckus.

"Connor don't-" the next door to fly open was the bedroom door and Connor smiled, Kyle next to him as they both held mischievous looks.

"Canon ball!" They both suddenly screamed and I closed my eyes, guarding my nose and my nuts as they dove onto the bed, landing right on top of Vanessa and I. "Say goodbye to the misses, it's party time bro!"

"Leave me aloooone." I groaned out and Kyle suddenly straddled my lap. "Kyle-"

"Listen baby cakes, I know you love your wifey but now it's time to get hyphy, capeesh?" He patted my cheeks lightly before grabbing the ice pack and tossing it over his shoulder. "Stop being a little pussy and let's bounce."

I shoved him off of me before sitting up with a huff. "Come on, give me some time." Even though they complained, I shoved Kyle and Connor out of the door before shutting and locking it. Then looking back at Vanessa, she was sat against the headboard with a blank look. "Sorry about them. They're older than me but still act eighteen."

"Right." She mumbled before smiling softly. "Guess it's time to go huh?"

"Yep.. unless you want me to cancel because I would ."

"No." She said, her head shaking. "Have fun."

"Okaay." I sung out before slipping on my shoes and going into the bathroom to empty my bladder for this hour drive to the San Francisco airport. While I was peeing, I looked in the mirror to observe my nose that was, luckily, now perfect in color and size. I just had to pop another two Motrin's a little before the flight and I'd be set.
