I had been listening to Zendaya and it was like a slow club song, "Replay." So I had been dancing like I thought no one was watching but lucky me Lucas had snuck in and I finally caught him when he stifled a laugh. To make it even worse I was so sore, I looked like a dancing penguin.
"Great m-moves." He said between laughs.
I turned my iPod off and playfully punched his arm. "Oh, shut up doofus."
"Meanie!" He pouted but then smiled. He hugged me. He was warm and comfy, I liked that.
"Hey Lucas." I blushed. I sat on my bed and started playing with my fingers.
He just smiled back and sat down next to me.
"How was school?" I asked and layed my head on his shoulder.
"It sucked without you. You're my only friend." He smiled and put one arm around my shoulder. "Ya know?"
Yeah, friends. "Yeah. I just ate Cheetos and watched YouTube." I laughed.
It was awkward, we stared at eachother for a while. It was passionate and deep but the only thing I wondered was, what is this? Is he playing with my emotions. No he wasn't because he placed his lips on mine. I was really surprised to be honest. But I couldn't complain! This is what I had wanted all along, right?
After a while, the kiss ended and we just sat staring at each other. "Lucas..?" I said quietly.
He nodded. "I'm sorry. I'll leave." He sad sadly and sat off my bed.
"No." I pulled his arm and made him sit back down again. "Please don't."
"I don't know what to say." He looked down at his feet.
"Then don't." I smiled and gave him a peck on the lips. The little peck I had given him turned into a hug, so I wrappped my arms around his neck and a tear rolled down my cheek, I didn't know why and I couldn't tell if I was sad or happy. Stupid emotions.
"Are you okay?" He whispered softly I could barely hear it.
"Yeah. Haha. Stupid emotions right?" I wiped my tears with my sleeve. "Sorry....I don't know why I'm crying."
"It'll be alright." I saw him check his watch and he groaned. "I have to go, my dad will get nervous."
I nodded. "Okay, bye Lucas."
He sat up and walked away. He closed my door gently and I felt silence. Sitting there, all alone.
