I looked at Carson's number. "I can't... I mean...Maybe Lucas didn't mean to...?" I picture him and Alisha again, the way he was holding her waist and the way she was sliding her fingers down his neck. "HE MEANT IT! HE MEANT IT!" I screamed. I needed to calm down.
It was perfect timing, I guess. It had started to thunderstorm. "Great." I growled. I took out my phone and instantly widened my eyes and scrunched my nose. A message from Lucas.
A muffled voice was talking and he seemed calm. 'Hey Genevieve! I thought you were going to come visit me but it's raining so I understand if you're not coming. Just text me back or something so I know you're okay!" He ended the message and I sobbed some more.
'I'M NOT OKAY BUT I"M SURE YOU AND ALISHA ARE!" I yelled and banged my head again.
I looked at Carson's number. "No. I'm talking to Lucas again." I drove ack to the hospital walked in again and entered Lucas' room. He smiled when I came in.
"Genevieve!" He smiled and acted cheerful. "Your makeup is running, are you ok?" He frowned.
"No I'm not. But I could see you and Alisha were. I came in earlier ans saw you." I growled at him and tears ran down my face. "I actually loved you."
His face turned red. 'Genevieve... it's not what you think it is. I didn't mean to... she just kissed me." He looked down and I could see a tear roll down his cheek too.
"That's what they all say. How could you? You're a jerk! I loved you!" I sobbed and ran out of the room.
"Genevieve!" He called but I ran faster.
