An Unexpected Love

Chapter 12

When it got dark we left. We had a great time. I almost fell and died a couple times but ash caught me . He drove is back to his house and when we walked in the door I saw Kelly and Michael laying on the couch together. They were very intimate so I ran away. I think they heard me run so they jumped and sat up. Michael buckled his pants up and Kelly buttoned her shirt.

I walked past the room again to go see ashton and they both looked at me and I just smirked. I felt bad for interrupting but oh well. Me and ashton went into the kitchen to get something to eat and Kelly came into the kitchen. She walked up to me and said sorry that I saw that but i said it was fine. She was very embarrassed bc her face started to get slightly red and she kept fixing her hair.

A little before dinner time ashton and Michael said me and Kelly could stay for dinner . They were trying to decide what o have for dinner and ashton said he'd cook. I giggled I couldn't imagine he knew how to cook but if he did that made him so much more lovable. He started cooking spaghetti and he asked me to help since I'm such an amazing chef . We finally finished and we all sat at the table and Luke and Calum walked in and joined us. "Good thing we made a butt load of spaghetti!" Said ash because apparently they all loved to eat a lot. But then again, who doesn't ? We were all sitting at the table together and everyone just looked like proper and I thought it was odd bc i hadn't exactly gotten the impression that they were a proper or formal group.

All you could hear was people slurping their noodles and clinking their forks to the plate. It felt right though, sitting with everyone together. I had my best friend, her boyfriend, my soulmate, and his friends. Even though we hadn't spent much time together it just felt like we had always all belonged together. All a sudden there was a phone ringing. It was Luke's. He got up and said excuse me and started walking away. I could hear him said "hey babe what's up?" And I guessed it was Ashley. It kind of irritated me that he got up in the middle of us eating but I guess that was the jealous part of me kicking in again. In the back of my mind i had thought that Ashley was just going to run through all of the four boys and play them because Michael "broke her heart". I think I was just over reacting though. I just hoped and hoped so hard that she would never take ash away from me.

Luke came back to the table and apologized he said "she just always needs to talk to me. You know girlfriends they ..." He looked at me and Kelly as if he forgot we were there and said "never mind." Me and Kelly laughed . Everyone finally finished their dinner and we decided to go to the movies. Luke invited Ashley and Calum said he'd go out some where else. We went to see Annabelle . It was so scary. Kelly didn't act like she was scared at all but I saw her hand shaking. She was sitting on the end , then michael then me , then ash next to me. At one point michael grabbed my leg by mistake I think. He got scared and he went to try to grab the chair but got my leg instead. I felt awkward because I never want to be viewed as a slut or someone who goes around stealing boyfriends so I decided not to tell anyone. I got scared a lot so ash put his arm around me and i snuggled my head into his arm and when I wasn't scared I just rested my head on him.

When the movie was over it was about 11:30pm so we just went back to the boys' house . I decided to sleep over again because I loved waking up to Ashton's face but also because I just didn't feel like going home. Kelly slept over too so it was a great night. Ashton got us some alcohol. I hadn't had some in the longest time but I was so excited to have some tonight. I knew tonight would be great and it got even better when someone decided to say "lets play spin the bottle". Even if we're older, playing spin the bottle makes me hype. We all drank a cup of vodka and then sat in a circle around a bottle. I was really nervous because I didn't want anyone else kissing ashton and I would feel guilty kissing someone else but we're young so I told myself just to live in the moment and not to think too much. We all vowed not to get upset about anything that happened tonight so I felt better.

Calum walked in the door with five other friends, two girls and three boys. They took a seat then michael spun first.

The bottle landed on me and my heart started beating so fast and I could feel the tension in the room. I could feel Kelly staring at me. Me and michael just stared at eachother.
