An Unexpected Love

Chapter 18

------HANNA POV-------
When I woke up I picked up my arm and wiped my eyes. They were always wet when I woke up. I was thinking about yesterday and it was great but weird to see kelly with michael because I never really envisioned her to be so "intimate" but I guess she really likes Michael. I think he's good for her. He seems to make her happy and they have the same personality so I think they're meant to be together. When I finally opened my eyes and they focused, I realized I wasn't in my room. I was in Ashton's. That's weird because i know I drove home from the movies . I listened to see if anyone was home and i heard a loud snore. I turned around to see ashton behind me on the bed. It was a big bed by i have got to be oblivious to not know someone was lying next to me.
I never really got to see him sleep because he always woke up before me. I think it was intentional because he liked to watch me sleep which made me self-conscious but we've been together long enough that I think if he didn't like the way I slept it wouldn't bother him. I glanced over at him as he slept and he looked so peaceful. He was adorable, he wasnt wearing a shirt and i pulled all the blankets to my side in my sleep as usual. So his abs and v-line were revealed. I ran my fingers down his stomach and moved his hair out of his face. You need a haircut.
I thought to myself as if I were talking to him. I've told him countless times to cut it but I think he likes it and it doesn't look terrible. I laid a soft kiss on his lips and he clenched his jaw and slowly opened his eyes. "Sorry babe, I didn't mean to sleep so long. I was going to make you breakfast." He said in his Australian, sleepy voice. "It's fine, I can go home and eat if you don't have any food . How did I get here anyway?" He stared at me blankly, "you showed up at my door at 3am and said you couldn't sleep and that you wanted to sleep with me. So i let you in and you were out like a light." I didn't remember that at all but it was true. Since I had been spending so many nights sleeping next to him, i found it more difficult to sleep alone. I don't know if it was just because I wanted him next to me, or i was still scared of the dark when I was alone , or maybe I wasn't warm enough without him. But I just enjoyed everything about it, his warmth, the way I felt his arms wrap around mine right before I fell asleep, his soft kisses on my neck, and waking up and seeing him right when I open my eyes.
My stomach started growling so I got up and i put my hands out for him to grab to get out of bed. He grabbed them and then put his arm around me and kissed my head and we walked down stairs. In the kitchen, calum was making pancakes for himself. He wasn't wearing a shirt either but I was lucky he decided to put on some pants. He usually didn't wear any clothes and walked around the house like it was nothing, at least that's what ash tells me. I sat down and ashton started making omelets. Calum, still looking at the pancakes he was making, said "morning hanna," "morning cal, what are you doing today?" He put the pancakes on the plate and added syrup and sat next to me. "Well, I wanted to go out with the boys but looks like ash is with you and mikey is probably gonna be with that girl, kelly?" "You can take ash if you want. I don't want to be that girlfriend that takes him away from his friends all the time, im always with him." Calum smiled "ok," then he looked at ash "would you like to have a guy's day? Go to the beach or something maybe?" Ash had just finished cooking the omelets and put them on plates and pushed one plate towards me. Ash replied to calum, "yea sounds fun, did u ask luke or mikey?" Calum shook his head. "Okay, well let me know what they say ok, mate?" Calum nodded.
When me and ash finished eating he took me back up to his room and apologized for going out with his friends for a change and I told him "don't worry about it babe, were always together , you can get a break." He looked at me, "i like being with you, though, I don't need a break." I just looked at him and smiled. He got up and told me he'd be right back i said ok . I heard him walk down stairs and assumed he was going to get something to drink. When he came back up he didn't have a drink but he had a question, I could tell it in his eyes. "Would you like to go to the beach with us guys?" I shrugged, "well I don't want to intrude and it seemed like calum didn't want anyone there but the four of you."
"No it's fine I want you there and that's all that matters, we don't even know if we're all going for sure. Please just go, babe."
I sighed, "okay..." Then we both heard michael coming up the steps groaning as if walking up a few steps were a workout. "Mikey, come here." Ash shouted. Michael came and ashton said "Did cal talk to you about the beach yet?"
"No, what's up?"
"Cal wants to go to the beach, the four of us, he said he was going to ask you but I'll just ask you now."
"Oh yea sounds like fun, what about Han?"
"I told her she could go but it doesn't seem like she's too up for it..."
I interrupted, "I am up for it but i just don't want to intrude on your perfect guys day. "
Michael looked at me, "I think if they say you can go they won't care much, the guys are really adaptive and adjustable to new things trust me, it's fine." I put on a smile and asked,"are you going to bring kelly then?"
"I would but, she's hanging out with Luke's new girlfriend, Ashley. They're like best friends which is nice for lukey and i."
My smile disappeared, I got a little jealous, but I understood .i respected her, she was a nice girl. Sometimes I wish I could be her friend because it seemed like kelly had fun with her a lot . "Right, I forgot. Well I guess I'll go." "Great!" Ash said with enthusiasm. I giggled then said I'd head out to gather some things for the beach.
When I got home my mom asked where I'd been and I told her and she gave me a lecture about always being with him and im wasting my life. Same old thing she told me every time I came home from being with him. Then I walked upstairs and got some beach stuff and put on my favorite bikini. I put on my flip flops and drove back over ashtons. When I got there i just walked in and it sounded like they were all still getting ready. I went upstairs anyway and knocked on ashtons door since it was shut and he said come in. I opened the door and if I had opened the door a second sooner I would have seen his ashton junior because he just pulled up his pants. He wasnt wearing a shirt and I just smiled because I didn't know what else to do. He smiled to and ugh I loved when he smiled, i had to kiss him, so I did. He put on muscle shirt and his old worn out vans. "So did everyone decide to go?"
"Yeah, they're all getting ready we should be able to leave around 12:30."
It was 12am now so I was getting excited. I don't know why I just think it will be lots of fun.
12:30 finally came and we got in the car. Ashton was driving and I was sitting next to him. He held my hand as usual . On the way there, we were listening to bands like green day, my chemical romance, and all time low. They were singing along and talking. Ash started driving crazy because he was banging on the wheel and flipping his head around so I told him to calm down and he didn't listen. He kept swerving and speeding then we were coming to a yellow light. "ASHTON STOP!" By now it was red and the other cars were speeding by. Everything happened so quickly. He didn't stop on time. The last thing I remember is a big truck coming at ashtons side of the car. Then I blacked out.
