Chloe's pov
I was pretty upset last night but I have to chill out I have a show tonight.

I go to check on dad but hes in the middle of a coughing fit.

"Dad are you ok?" I ask.

"No the show is tonight and my voice is dead." Dad says as his voice is hoarse.

"Oh no." I say.

"We might have to cancel the show." Dan says.

"Wait I have a crazy Idea!" Zack exclaims

"What is it?" Dan asks.

"Chloe do you know all of panic!s setlist?" Zack asks.

"Um yea." I reply.

"What if you sung instead of your dad tonight?" Zack asks.

"Woah I'm definitely not good enough for that." I say.

"Yes you are." Brendon whispers.

"You are really good besides you're all weve got so what do yah say will you do it?" Zack asks.

"Um I guess." I say.

"Ok you can practice in the soundproof room if you want we have about an hour." Zack says.

I run to the soundproof room.

I'm so nervous
They are really gonna hate me
What if they boo me off the stage
I'm definitely not good enough for this

I put my thoughts aside.

And I just start to sing .

After a while Zack says it's time to head inside the venue.

I'm so nervous I'm trying to chill but nothing's working
I'm picking at my skin rn.

I cant do it no matter how much relief it may give me I promised.

Zack comes in and says I go on in 5 minutes.

Dan walks in.

"Chloe chill I want you to take a deep breath in and hold it for 5 seconds then let it out slowly." Dan says

I do as he says.

"Repeat." Dan says.

So I do it and u do it for about 5 more times.

"Now are you ok?" Dan asks.

"Um yea thanks." I say.

"No problem. " dan replies.

"Chloe come on time." Zack says.

"Ok I can do this." I say to myself as I walk out.
