Someone who is homoromantic is: a person with romantic attraction to only the same gender! So technically anyone who is gay/lesbian is homoromantic and homosexual. The term "Homoromantic", however, is typically used for asexuals and other people who's sexual orientation doesn't match their romantic orientation!
