Vash was so sick that he didn't even really notice that the Austrian was holding him in his underwear. He only felt humiliated and ashamed for being so weak. He was trembling since it was really hard for him to concentrate on the whole happening. "Vash...Vash you're burning hot...." Roderich mumbled getting even more worried before he looked around and carefully walked to the stairs while tightening around the Swiss.
Vash was still trying to struggle but even Roderich didn't notice that so he knew himself now that he needed to rest. It felt good being so close to the other. It felt warm and comfy...and familiar. Something he had missed for a long time so he rested his chin on the other's shoulder. Though he'd never admit that. Even if he knew Roderich was probably only with him and helping him because he was sick Vash felt so incredibly good in those strong arms. The Swiss didn't know that his body had been longing for a hug this whole time.
The green eyed boy's face was already red so Roderich didn't notice how embarrassed the Swiss had gotten. "I'm sorry I forgot...but which room is exactly yours?" The brunet asked as he hugged him tighter. He got no response which scared him. "Vash?" He asked once again feeling his heart drop. "Vash!"
Roderich felt anxious and he was just standing there in the middle of the corridor holding his first love limply in his arms. A few seconds passed until his expression softened and he hurried to find the right room. As soon as he found some room with a bed he laid the Swiss down noticing the incredible redness in the others face. Vash was panting with his eyes closed having a pained expression on his face as he laid there having some sweat drops roll around on his chest. The sight would've sure be pleasant if only Roderich didn't knew the reason for it.
"God.....Vash you're so hot, you stubborn idiot..." Roderich murmured before going out of the room and walking into the corridor where he went past some paintings and fotos. He turned right and got into the bathroom where he started to search for the right medication and some cloths he could use. Unfortunately he couldn't find what he was searching while he remembered what had happened in the store earlier! Vash was going to buy it! The Austrian gulped knowing that the store was already closed and it was his fault that Vash couldn't get his medication. If only he would've picked it up...
He filled a bucket which he had found in a corner of the room with cold water and took some cloths from the cupboard before he carried everything back to Vash's room. The Swiss hadn't moved and was still laying in the same position on the bed having that pitiful expression on his face. With a sigh Roderich moved the bucket to him and wet a cloth before starting to wipe the sweat off of the others body. He couldn't help but to notice how frail his body structure looked even though his muscles were showing through. "I bet your body was never designed to be like this...." Roderich mumbled recalling the moment when Vash left. He wouldn't have had to be that utterly strong if it wouldn't have been for Roderich. Once again the Austrian started to worry way too much over things while he continued to clean and cool down the shorter one. When he was sure the other was clean he laid a wet cloth on his forehead.
He didn't want to but he needed to. He needed to get some kind of medication because he was scared this flu could get more dangerous. But he also didn't want to leave the Swiss alone in case something would happen. He'd never forgive himself if Vash got seriously hurt. What should he do? "I want to....be with you...." he mumbled being unconscious of it so when he realized what he just said he blushed. God...it wasn't even a secret anymore that he loved the Swiss! So why did he get so flustered!
"I'm coming right back, Vash...." oh hell it felt good saying his name out loud he thought before standing up and leaving the room. He grabbed his coat again and checked his purse to look if he got enough money only to look back and sighing. He really would've preferred to stay with the Swiss but it wasn't changeable so he left the house. With fast and determined footsteps he made his way to his own garage where he got into his car and started the motor.
He had to drive to the next town that was bigger in order to buy the correct medicine but he was determined to go through that. His car drove over the bumpy streets and shook itself quite clearly when suddenly he drove by a tiny store at the side of the street. It looked like it was still opened and sold pharmaceuticals so Roderich quickly parked in front of it and got out of his car. The store looked old and a little messy but he was still greeted with some cold air when he stepped inside. Some cold and old looking lights at the ceiling lit the place up and made some jars at the end of the store sparkle gently. There were some sweets he thought weren't made anymore and all in all the place looked old. Still he went to the front desk where he asked for the medicine he was looking for. The man smiled at him and handed him a tiny package containing for what he had searched for.
"Thirty eight francs please, sir" the man said typing it into the register. Roderich took out his wallet still a little suspicious about the whole thing but it didn't matter. The only thing he needed was that medicine. He payed and took the thing before leaving through the same door again that was connected to a tiny bell at the top.
