Part 18

There's a loud shot of a gun that bellowed the silent street. But it wasn't from the man who would kill Bucky. Another one shot my attacker that sent him on the ground, dead. I looked up at the direction from where it came from and I was surprised to what I saw.

"Hance?"

But before he could answer me, he was already being attacked by the other two men.

Bucky on the other hand kept his stance fighting against his attacker. He was against with a blade but he just knocked him off easily. Now he's walking towards me.

"Who the hell is Hance?" he asked me.

"I'll explain to you later" I said as three more enemies ran towards us. Where the hell are they coming from?

I ducked and blew a punch on my new attacker, he was a bit taller and I know this is a bit hard to pull down.

"Who the hell are you?" I asked but he only snickered and kicked me on the stomach. I landed on my back and Bucky came immediately. We both made our own blows against the enemy but still he couldn't stand down. He kept fighting us. I jump at him and put my legs around his neck as I swayed down pulling him to the ground, I quickly grabbed his head with both of my arms locking his head.

"Hayley" Bucky called me but I didn't peer to his direction. I know, he has his own attacker now.

"Tell me who the hell are you?" I made my grip tighter as he choked for air. He chuckled and begun talking.

"You.... you'll die. He will get his..... revenge"

I gritted my teeth. "What are you talking about? Who is it?"

He just laughed.

"Tell me. who. is. it!" again, he spat and chuckled.

"Va veni pentru tine, iubito. He will take everything your father took from him" what does he meant?

My dad?

What do they know about dad? Why do they know about dad? Who are these people?

"I'm warning you. Tell me who sent you. Now if you don't answer, I'll never hesitate to break your neck" my anger grew at the top most. Hearing my dad at this moment and right at this moment triggers me to take a life, with this men I do not know who they serve. They are working for someone that dad was related to. I'm gonna find out this later.

"Hayley!" I heard Bucky called me again and I lost grip with my attacker. He elbowed me and punched my chin that sent me grunting in pain. I heard another shot of gun and I saw my attacker fell on the ground.

"What have you done?" I know it was Hance. "I'm close on having the answer, you stupid!"

Hance ignored me and walked pass through me. "Go home, it's not safe here. Take this" he handed me a gun.

"I could have the answer. You killed him"

"I said, go home!" he yelled and I quickly got quiet. Bucky held my hand and pulled me away from Hance.

"Let's go" he said and we ran off away from that place.
