We had returned late last night, but Rhys and I didn't go to bed till even later. we just spent the majority of the night entangled up with each other. I awoke the next morning by some racket downstairs. what type of crazy were they doing so early in the morning? I tried to fall back asleep, but that racket. I couldn't focus on anything else. it was insufferable! I couldn't take it anymore. I got up, dressed, and went downstairs. it got louder and louder. Then I stopped. Cassian was playing with his son Ansel, and Elain and Azriel's children. Did they not know or just not care they were making that much noise? It was starting to give me a throbbing headache.

"Auntie Feywe!" Ansel couldn't pronounce my name. Although he was only six. He came up and hugged me, almost knocking the breath out of me. I hugged him back for a moment and then let go. Aiden and Erika were still playing with Cassion. while Elain was reading to her youngest daughter, Ariella.  Ariella was only three years old and very beautiful. she had strawberry blonde hair that no one knew where it came from, but any thought that the child wasn't actually Azriel's was gone as soon as you saw her face. She looked just like Azriel, although she hadn't inherited his wings.

I walked to the kitchen. I was absolutely famished, and something smelled delicious. Nesta and Amren were in the dining area, while it looked like mor was getting some more food. I sat down at the table and grabbed a cup of tea. Mor came and sat at the table with a huge plate of food.

"You and Rhys were up late last night." Mor crooned. I ignored her and began sipping my tea. my head was still throbbing. "oh leave the girl alone. she deserves some sort of joy." I gave her a questioning look.

"You act like were senseless idiots. it's not like we haven't noticed how depressed you've been, how quiet you always are." Mor opened her mouth but it was Nesta who spoke first.

"We're here for you Feyre, you don't always have to do everything alone."

"it's that obvious?" I thought I was hiding it well, I guess not.

"it's super obvious," Mor said. "We're here to talk whenever you need." the ruckus started up again and my head started to throb worse. Couldn't it be quiet in this house? only for an hour? I started to rub my temple.

"Are you alright?" my vision was going in and out. Everything was spinning. I stood up, I had to lay down, if only for a moment. "Feyre?" The world was spinning before my eyes, and then it all went black.
