Chap 12

Gabby's POV

Jayk walked in. "I thought you were out with Britt," I said.

"I was," said Jayk as I took a sip of my drink. "I left her."

I spit out my drink. "You what?!" I exclaimed.

"Relax, TC set it up," said Jayk. "He's with her now."

"Oh, okay," I said.

"Did you see the room we set up for her?" asked Alexis walking in.

"I didn't go all the way in," said Jayk.

"Look," said Alexis showing her phone to Jayk.

"Well, you are quite a decorator, aren't you?" I asked as she showed me her phone.

"TC didn't know how to decorate with streamers," said Blake. "Wanted us to help. That's why we were gone this morning." TC and Britt walked in. "How's the happy couple?"

"You knew?" asked Britt.

"No but I did," said Alexis.

"Why does Alexis know all the good stuff?" I asked.

"Because she's good at what she does," said Drew.

"And she's my sister," said TC.

Alexis' phone started ringing. "Sorry," said Alexis as she looked at it. "Eh." She put her phone back in her pocket. "Go on."

"You're not going to check it?" I asked.

"It's nothing important," said Alexis.

"So how is our newly engaged couple?" asked Drew.

"Happy," said Britt. "Excited."

"What all did you say to her?" asked Jayk.

"You don't need to know," said TC. "You can hear it in my vows when we have a wedding."

"Awe," said Alexis. "You're going to use your proposal in your vows."

"That's too cute," said Drew.

"You guys make the cutest couple," I said. "I'm happy for you guys so much."

Drew's POV

"It's getting late," I said.

"Yeah," said Gabby. "Come on." Gabby and I walked to our room and I closed the door. I got onto the bed with Gabby. "Drew, you think that will be us soon?"

"I know it will be," I said. "I already see you as the love of my life."

"And you are mine," said Gabby.

"Yes," I said. "Because together we are infinate."

"I love you Drew," said Gabby.

"Can't blame you for thinking that you never really knew me at all. I try to deny you. But nothing ever made me feel so wrong," I sang. "I thought I was protecting you from everything that I go through. But I know that we got lost along the way."

"Here I am with all my heart, I hope you understand. I know I let you down but I'm never gonna make that mistake again," we sang. "You brought me closer to who I really am. Come take my hand. I want the world to see what you mean to me."

Gabby grabbed Todd's guitar and started playing. "Just know that, I'm sorry. I never wanted to make you feel so small. Our story is just beginning. We'll let the truth break down these walls. Oh yeah, yeah," sang Gabby. "And every time I think of you. I think of how you pushed me through. Show me how much better I could be."

"Here I am with all my heart, I hope you understand. I know I let you down but I'm never gonna make that mistake again," we sang. "You brought me closer to who I really am. Come take my hand. I want the world to see what you mean to me."

"You make feel like I'm myself. Instead of being someone else," I sang. "I wanna live that everyday."

"You say what no one else will say. You know exactly how to get to me," sang Gabby. "You know it's what I need. It's what I need. Yeah."

"What you mean to me," I sang as Gabby played the last chords.

"That's the end," said Gabby.

"I didn't know you could play guitar," I said.

"You don't know a lot about me," said Gabby. "We got a lot of years."

"Yes we do," I said.
