A mysterious woman charmed the courts of Europe. She struggles to find a home in the city she helped build. After being forced from New Orleans by her tyrannical father, 'she' along with her mother runs away and tries to find a cure that will help them rest in peace. There is only one way to get the cure, 'she' has to truly fall in love. However, the constant threat of war breaking out between the natural factions and her consistent refusal to compromise with anyone has left her live a miserable life.
