I Can't Stop Now

Percy's POV*

I searched for a blade. I wasn't going to regret this. I was waiting for this day to come. I wrote a note and I clenched it in my hands.

I head into the bathroom and locked the door, just in case someone got through my front door. I stare at myself in the mirror. I went to the sink and held my arm up. I tighten the grip on the blade and slowly bring it down until it touched my skin. I hesitate for a moment but then I push the blade into my skin and slide it to the side.

Surprisingly it didn't hurt. It actually felt good. Good enough for me to continue doing it. I feel tears falling down my face. I have around 9 cuts on myself and I was starting to feel lightheaded. I was able to make 2 more cuts before I went unconscious. I hear the door banging, and then I see Nico come out of no where and rush me too the Infirmiry before my eyes shut.

Nico's POV*

I saw Annabeth banging against Percy's door. I just shadow-traveled inside to warn him, but instead I see a Percy with 11 brand new cuts on his arm. A blade on the floor. I picked him up quickly, not caring how heavy he was, and ran to the Infirmiry. I pushed past a confused looking Annabeth but almost Imediately she freaked out.

I run as fast as I can... but I'm still 14 so Annabeth caught up with me. She doesn't say anything, she just ran.

On the way there Leo, Piper, and Jason were following us. We were finally at the Infirmiry in another minute.

I lay Percy down on the bed as Will Solace came up. He checks his paulse and he frowns.

"He has a chance of dieing... and it's a really big chance."
