Attack on Titan, The Second Chapter

As the Years Go By

       Years have passed and Evalynn is now at the age of 10. She has been training with Levi at combat and training with Erwin in the ways of being commander for years now. She hangs out with Nicole a lot but tends to avoid the other Doks. While Nicole treats her like a person the others treat her like some monster.
      One day Nicole and Evalynn were sitting on the walls looking out at the village beneath them just talking. "Father says I'll start going on missions when I turn 15, he says by then I'll be ready to take up my own squad" Evalynn said softly.
     Nicole let out a sigh "your lucky you don't have any siblings to compete with Eva, I have no luck at getting any position in the corps." She said.
   As time passed the two girls felt as though they could tell each other anything. At the age of 11 Nicole was estatic to tell Eva about her first boyfriend, although she wouldn't give any names. She was in live or so she out it.
    Elijah would get more and more rough with her every day. He would call her things like a mistake and freak of nature that never should have been born. He would throw paper airplanes with insults and threats on them.
    And then one day, a year later, she and Nicole had a falling out and something she could have guessed happened.
