As I finally finish getting ready I hear a knock at the door. I go downstairs and see my mother greeting him. James, whenever i hear his name I just feel absolutely disgusted, but it's only once. Maybe then if i bore him he'll get tired and move onto someone else who's mindless enough to fall for him.
"Oh hello Mr. Bennett, here to pick up little old Rose?"
"I am indeed"
she looks happy, i truly feel bad for those who have believed all his little lies. I walk downstairs and greet him "Hello James." I say with a serious voice. Showing no interest of course.
"ah the ravishing young Ms. Williams, hello"
try hard, this is truly the most humiliating thing ever.
"Shall we go?"
I can't wait to get this over with. Look at him, all "perfect".. I'd pay to see him be disrespected. He offers me his hand but i just walk out the door and he follows along. Look at that, an expensive car and all it does is release smog and pollution into the air. He offers to open my door but I just head along inside myself, minutes later we arrive to a restaurant and we have a seat.
"So Rose, you are quite the independent one without needing any help huh?"
He has a bland smile but it quickly changes to serious.
"Look I know you don't like me but you will marry me, you'll get what you want for a bit and as i do too but, quickly after it's all going to be over and i get what I want"
He's nothing but a cad. Oh how i want to slap him. That's already enough for me, I walk out and he follows behind
"Oh Rose stop you're so up-tight"
"me uptight? Or maybe cause it's you who is using people for money and throwing them away like a peice of trash"
I slap him, that's the end of it. He stands there shocked and i walk off not wanting to hear another word from him.
