Sam POV Every Wednesday I’ll be at school to deal with our company project. I offer myself to be Nadine’s driver on Wednesday until the project done. I’ll pick her from her house at morning, then have lunch date and we went back home together. Right now, I want every day turns Wednesday.
Today, I get caught by her mom as she sits at their front yard right after we arrive at her home. Her mom stop me from going home and invite me inside.
Her family never know that we become good again and closer day by day.
And today, I can’t avoid from her family, especially her siblings anymore. Her mom basically made me stay for dinner. I thought maybe today will be the right time to tell her family on my true feeling although Nadine still not completely or officially accepting me.
When all her family members enter the dining room, Ora and Alex look at me with “what are you doing here?” look.
Whereas Amelia have already left the house as she now living with my cousin who have be her official husband at their own house.
I try to act normal with talks, questions and stare especially from Ora and Alex. Nadine’s dad also looks creepy.
“Are you and Nad dating?” her dad asks me.
“Huh?..” suddenly I lost my word.
“I see that you always came here every Wednesday…although you two trying so hard to hide it,” her dad said with straight voice.
“Dad,” Nadine responds, trying to stop her dad.
“I..I like your daughter..but..we agreed to stay with being friend now..but.. I can wait. I’m serious with Nadine, Mr.Watson,” I said to her dad while everyone else stay silence.
Then, her dad nods and dinner end with nothing really important. I feel that her dad doesn’t like me.
Nadine POV After Sam left, my dad having serious talk with me. He said that he doesn’t want me to get closer with Sam. He told me that Sam is too young to be my partner and I’d protest because we’re just 2 years apart. It's nonsense.
My dad seems to like Sam on Amel’s wedding dinner and now he wants us to be apart. What the hell.

“Hey, you’re okay?” Alex comes to my room.
“I..I don’t know, Lex. I confuse,” I said to him.
“Still don’t want to admit that you also have feeling for him, huh? Just stop being denial, Nad or else you’ll regret it. Yes, Sam can wait, but someone else might attract to him too. I approved with you being with him, but if he ever hurt you again, I'll kill him,” Alex said to me, and chuckle on his own last sentences.
“I do like him, but…wait. What do you mean by someone else?" I ask him.
“Another woman out there might ask him as their boyfriend. He's quite complete as a gentleman.”
