Unizo was fixing André's engine. Thankfully, the shot didn't do any critical damage. André, in the meantime, was connecting the Squidbeak's communications systems to a satellite station, ridiculously increasing the range it can reach.

"There we go. And now to give you my channel." He starts typing some more.
^Heh...honestly, I'm still starstruck about all this.^
°Can say the same. But...just one question, André. Is it ok if people like us come in contact with the crazy stuff outside? I'm just unsure.°
"As long as you don't do stupid crap with it, you're good."
^Then could we take a ride with you once the ship is fixed?^
"Sure thing! The place I'm going to is filled with different cultures and what not, so it's a great opportunity to introduce you all to the Multiverse."
°I'd love to go. But I have to stay. I'm kind of a important leading member of the military, and nobody knows if some bad person is gonna decide to show it's face here.°
^Well, that's fine.^

Then Abigail raised her eyebrow. She realized something.

°...y'know what? There's someone you should really meet, André.° She presses some buttons in another monitor.
"Hmm? Who?"
°Another member of our team. He has a ability that could possibly be one of the magic types you mentioned earlier.°
"Oh really?? That's cool! What type of ability?"
°He's able to freely control a specific type of ink. Scientists nicknamed it "Nikta". It's a more toxic substance, and he's able to do all sorts of cool stuff with it. Took some years to master, but now, he's among our strongest members.°
"Now you caught my interest." He pressed a button to finish inserting his channel data.
^That reminds me...where is Emily? Haven't seen her in a while.^
°She's currently at her home city. Apparently, there's a criminal group doing some creepy business in there, so she's leading a team to track them down. I think it's better to tell her this news later.°
^Yeah, I think you're right.^

Minutes passed. They all went to one of the garages, where Unizo was able to fix the engine. André turned it on to try it out, and it indeed worked.

"Hell yeah, buddy!"
'You're lucky that shot didn't do some big damage.'
"Thanks a million, Unizo. Fixing this would probably be much harder without your help."
'What can I say? You gave us a buttload of new info, so I needed to return the favor in some way.'
°Hey, Uni. How about you, Petra and Lukas go accompany André? Could be fun for you guys.°
^Yeah! I wanna see how the magic and the technology is like!^

Uni thought for a bit and then looked at André.

'Should we bring weapons?'
"If you wanna feel safer, sure thing. Security is tight since things like magic aren't exactly something you can deposit away and collect later."
°I'll go get 'em then.° Abigail walked to the weapons depot.

As she left, someone else came in. A Octoling boy with cyan-colored ink, wearing his signature gear. It was a combination of agent gear and a bit of steampunk elements. He was carrying a backpack.

'"Hey. I got the memo from Abi. Brought some food and drink for the trip."'
^Awesome.^
"...you must be the member she told me about, right?"
'"My name is Lukas. It is nice to meet you."'
"Feeling's mutual."

They shared a handshake.

"So, I hope you don't mind me asking, but...Abigail said you had some sort of magic ability. Is it true?"
'"Well, it's up to you to decide if it's the magic you speak of or not. But I can do this."'

He opened one of his Nikta bags, and he started controlling. André seems pleased.

(OBS: Nikta is Sanitized Ink. I just wanted to give it a better name lmao)

Lukas then formed a small knife using Nikta, then a sphere, then a thin whip. After that, he placed the Nikta back on the bag and closed it. André clapped.
