Why can't I kiss you on the dance floor?

It's now the week of the Mardi Gras dance, so my school is doing Spirit week. Not going to lie that's the only week that I like in school.

G: "hey remember you have to pick a tux for me"
K: "did you even pick a dress for me?"
G: "yea, last week"
K: "oh really?"

(Bell rings)

G: "and pick red for me so we can match"

We go into our class

Fuck I totally forgot that I have to pick a tux for him.

(At grays house)

K: "hey do you mind if we go to the mall so I can pick your tux"
G: "yea sure, let's go"

He grabs his key, and we start to drive.

(At the mall)

G: "what size are you in shoe size"
K: "5 and a half, why?"
G: "I forgot the shoes"
K: you don't have to get me shoes, I have plenty at home"
G: "it's ether go big or go home"
K: "ok, fine"

I roll my eyes

G: "well I'll go get the shoes and you go get my tux"
K: "ok, bye"
G: "bye"
K: "oh, I'll meet you in the food court?"
G: "yea sounds good"
K: "ok"

I start to look, nothing really speaks to me. There all just the same. I go more in the back, wait this is perfect and it's velvet my favorite. I get my phone out and call gray.

(Phone call)
G: "hey what's up"
K: "guess who just go you a tux"

I say getting out of the store

G: "really?"
K: "yup"
G: "wow I thought it would take you another hour"
K: "hey that's a new record for me"

We laugh

G: "well I got your shoes"
K: "really?"
G: "yea I think you'll love them"
K: "I hope so"

We chuckle

G: "I can't see the tux right?"
K: "yea they put it in a black bag thing"
G: "you and your words, it's cute"
K: "shut up"

I start to blush

K: "I'll meet you in the food court"
G: "I'm already here"
K: "of course you are"
(End of phone call)

I get closer to the food court and seen gray

G: "you ready"
K: "yea"

We start to head out

K: "so what you get me"
G: "I'm not telling you"
K: "fine"

I fake pout

G: "you'll see in a couple of days anyways"
K: "true"

I smile

We get into the car, and head home

(The day of the dance)

I start to get ready, gray hands me a black bag, and I hand him his.

K: "oh I forgot"

I go into my dresser and hand him his mask

K: "here"
G: "this is Beautiful, where'd you get this?"
K: "I made it"

We both smile

Gray leaves the room and I start to get ready again.

I hope he likes his tux, and mask I worked on that for an hour.
