Y/N's POV
"TOAD! HELP ME!"
"Y/N!!" Toad shouts back as I held dearly to the Golden Star.
As Wingo flies away, I saw Toad fall to his knees.
"Toad...." I weakly say as the clouds obscure my vision. I shed a tear.
Toad's POV
"I'll get you back Y/N," I say to myself as I get up.
"I'll defeat Wingo and claim you as my bride!" I say motivated with my fist in the air.
~last level of the game~
I pick up the last vegetable from the large pot of gold and stare at Wingo.
Y/N is dangling on the necklace that was containing the golden star.
I throw the vegetable into Wingo's mouth.
Ded
Y/N's POV
"AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!"
As I held on the golden star, I was launched in the air and into the middle of the golden pot.
I felt my feet about the surface of the golden pot get pulled by two small, but strong arms.
Toad.
He pulled me up from the golden pot and I landed into his arms.
I couldn't help but blush. The levitating golden star made the setting much more romantic that I had to hide my face.
"Y/N, marry me," Toad calmly speaks as he lets me go.
I kiss him on the cheek.
Toad blushes and jumps up startled.
He quickly hugs me and spins me in circles.
At this point, who cares about the treasure?
