i tug on sam's arm as he takes a photo of me on his phone. "stop it!" i whine, shaking my head.

"you're beautiful." he coos.

my eyebrows furrow downward, "let's go play some games." i tell him. he sighs, putting his phone away. "i have so many pics of you." he says, intertwining our fingers together.

"then you don't have to take any more of me." i cheekily smile.

"that's where i disagree. i don't have enough photos of you." he raises an eyebrow as the words escape his lips.

i roll my eyes, "you're obsessed with me." i concur.

"i know, baby. i know."

josh and chase walked slowly behind us as we strolled throughout the pier. we were waiting for josh's mystery girl and i was beyond excited for him. i know i just met the boys, but they're really cool and i like them a lot.

tomorrow is going to be overbearing. i'm meeting more boys tomorrow, and a few girls. i wasn't ready for it.

"bro, is that her?" i hear from behind me. i look around, seeing the girl that fits ellie's description i gently let go of sam's hand, and i run over to the girl. "hi!" i greet as soon as she was in hearing distance.

a smile forms on her lips as she opens her arms to hug me. "hi! it's so nice to meet you, oh my, god." she gushes.

"it's so nice to meet you, too. but, i have a secret and a surprise for you." i admit to her.

i didn't exactly tell her josh was practically head over heels for her. in fact, she didn't know at all. the boys knew the plan, ellie thinks it's just me meeting up to be friends. the plan was, i tell her that josh wants to get to know her, and they fall in love.

it's a perfect plan. my matchmaking skills were over the roof, 99.9% passing rate.

we don't talk about that .1%.

"what?" she asks, her eyes lighting up with excitement. "first off, are you hungry? i really want s corn dog." i say, rubbing my stomach.

she laughs, "yeah, i could use a lemonade right now."

we walk to the concession stands, and i order a corn dog with water. ellie orders a lemonade.

"so, you know josh?" i ask her.

she nods eagerly, "i love him." she smiles.

i smile back, "rumor has it, he likes you, in a way. a little birdy told me, he wants to get to know you." i tell her.

"are you being serious?" she asks.

i nod my head, "i hardly ever lie." i admit.

she gasps, "is he here?"

"that's the surprise." i smirk at her.

"do i look okay?" she asks, frantically fixing her hair. i let out a laugh at her nervousness. "you look fine, don't worry."

i walk her through the pier, and we walk to the spot i told the boys to meet us at. she gasps from besides me, "there he is!"

"yeah, you're gonna talk to him." i nudge her arm.

"you're so amazing, i love you." she says, giving me a hug. a warm smile forms on my face and i return the hug, "i love you, too, girl."

we walk over to josh, chase and sam. "hey guys." i greet with a toothy smile. "josh, this is ellie. ellie, this is josh." i introduce the two. i grab chase's and sam's arm and we make a run for it, leaving the two alone.

"you're a whole match maker." sam says, a laugh escaping his throat.

"i know. it's really a specialty."

this is kinda just a filler i guess, i'll make the next chapter longer, i just haven't found any ideas rn. but, once i think of something good, i'll post it up right away.
