Love Will Thaw

You're my sister

The Princess looked at her sister. What could she possibly mean by that?

 " Elsa, look, I am really sorry for all these awful things I ' ve said to you. I didn't mean to make you angry. I just " Elsa cut her off. 

" But you did just that " She said back and looked sadly at her. 

" I ' ve tried so hard to hide what I really am, for the sake of our parents, for your sake, but it just turns out you're ungrateful " Anna gasped at these words. She was her family, her own family, how could she ever be ungrateful to her? Elsa turned around and walked up the stairs, but Anna wasn't about to give up. She walked up the stairs too, hoping she' d make her sister see that she cared about her.

" I was alone ok? " Anna finally spatted. " For thirteen years, you ' ve simply shut me out of your life. You never came out your room and I ' ve spent all these years waiting for you, outside your bedchamber, wanting nothing more but to spend time with my sister,  wanting us to be that kind of a family we used to be back then" The Ice Queen was at the top of the stairs and didn't turn around, for she could sense her sister's presence right behind her.  She sighed. She knew her sister had a point, but she hated to admit that. After all, she had a total different plan in mind.

" And then, after so many years, they' ve opened up the gates. You can't imagine what this meant to me. For the first time, I- I started to believe again " Tears welled up in the younger sister's eyes and didn't even bother to wipe them away. Elsa walked away from her and out on her balcony, feeling like this whole atmosphere  was suffocating her. It wasn't like she didn't care about her sister, but she wanted a happy ending for her too. If anything, Elsa wasn't used to anyone putting her first.

" I could finally meet new people, have fun and be like any other normal person. I- I ' ve almost forgotten what love means, if not for Prince Hans to remind me " At the mention of that name, Elsa felt her heart pounding in her chest. Why did she have to bring that subject up? 

" He' s so sweet, so kind. I- I instantly felt he was the one. And yeah, perhaps we shouldn't act so hastily but then again, this is love we' re talking about. We all do crazy things when we're in love". Elsa finally turned to look at her. She was right. We all do stupid things out of love. 

" Anna, if you're here for -" 

" No, I am here for my sister. We need to get back to the castle. You need to fix this whole winter thing. And then, I ' d be glad if we made a fresh new start together" The Queen looked at the view before her .

" And what if I don't want to return? " Anna blinked a few times.

 " Of course you do Elsa. You don't belong here. You need to be around people who love you and care about you. And that place is your Kingdom " Anna tried to explain. 

" Arendelle is not the right place for me. I - I can't have people staring at me like I ' m a monster. I can't ".

 " No one blames you Elsa. It's not only your fault. It's mine too. I should have sensed that something was not right. That you hided yourself for a reason. Again, I am so sorry Elsa ".

 " Being sorry doesn't change anything Anna" She heard a deep voice saying from behind her. She knew that voice too well. It was her fiancé.

" Hans" Anna said running to him, placing her arms around him " What are you doing here? "
