The Prince pulled away from her.

"Hans" Anna called his name, as he started to walk to where the ice queen was standing.

"What's wrong little sis?" Elsa asked with a feign concern looking at her sister who was completely shocked. She never expected such a reaction from him. The Queen couldn't help but smile at that. Perhaps this time, she could be the center of attention. The red-haired Prince was standing now by her side" And don't you dare tell me I didn't warn you though".

"I don't understand" The Princess said, looking at Hans. "Why are you here?"

Elsa chuckled at that. "Oh, you poor little thing" She started saying. " I can't believe how naive you are" She took Hans' hand into hers and he turned to look at her, a smirk on his face.

"What do you mean Elsa?" Anna asked again, feeling tears well up in her eyes.

"What your sister's trying to say is that I'm not interested in you anymore" Anna tried to avert her gaze from him, but it was impossible. She felt her heart shuttering into million pieces.

"What?!" She heard herself say. "You can't be serious now. You said you-"

"Loved you? " For one more time, her dazzling Prince finished her sentence. But, did it really matter that time? "Oh,, come on now Anna. I had to". He explained to her. " I had a plan, a really simple plan, to be King of this land" He didn't care about her feelings, about her. All of this "love" was merely part of his plan.

"And you Anna were just a pawn" He said as he let go of Elsa's hand and approached the Princess slowly.

"My pawn" He emphasized. Anna was on the verge of tears now. Her face in her hands. She just couldn't believe a single word. She loved him, she loved him for who he was, for what his own brothers couldn't see in him, a child with broken dreams. And she believed in them. She just knew he was the one who could save her. Had he asked her to run away with him, she would have gladly said yes. As long as she was with him, nothing else mattered.

Her sister looked down at her hands. Those powers were the only thing that kept her back from being - well- normal. And that realization made her feel bad for Anna. She didn't deserve being treated that way. After all, she was her family.

"You can do this. For this time, you won't be alone in this. You have exactly what you need. Your sister!" That's what Hans had told her. Was he right?  She couldn't tell. She was confused. Really confused.

"I am so sorry Anna" Hans said sadly. "But this is the truth".

"No, it can't be true" They both heard Anna say, like she had awoken from a vivid nightmare. "You're lying. I know it. You're lying, because of my sister". The pain reflected on Elsa's eyes at her accusation.

"Anna, what are you saying?" The Queen asked in a sad tone. The Princess could sense Han's presence behind her and took a deep breath.

"You don't want me happy Elsa. That's obvious. You want me to be miserable forever, just because you' re too. You can't stand happiness around you. You couldn't stand Hans and me being together, that's why you-" Her sister cut her off.

"Enough Anna. If I can't stand something, that's you when you're talking. Stop being selfish. Accept this Anna. He doesn't love you" She spatted angrily.

"And what makes you think he's in love with you, huh? " Anna spatted back. " Tell me" She demanded." You've heard him, he just wants the throne, not you!" Elsa turned her back at her. She knew she was right. The only thing that made Hans her ally in that was her powers and not his love for her. But she couldn't admit that even to herself. She wasn't that strong.

"Perhaps you're right, but no, I can't lose. I'll win this time" She said before snapping her fingers. In less than a sencond, Hans' hand had grabbed her hard on her arm.
