There was no time to contemplate why. She had to make a decision, and a really serious one. She had convinced the guards this time, but she knew that wasn't the case. She was their Queen and they needed them. She was their only hope.

" Elsa" Hans called her name soflty, but she didn't hear him at all. She looked down at her hands. She's been taught from the time she was only a child that she' s not ordinary. She had seen fear in people's eyes. But she didn't choose to be this way.

" Your power will only grow" Grand Pabbie had told her that fateful night. " There's beauty in it but also great danger.... Fear will be your enemy "

" Elsa" The Prince's voice brought her back to present. She looked at him. Her guards had seen them together and if they did find out about Anna, well, that would be a great disaster.

" W- We must leave " She said, looking at him. " Now". Hans tried to understand the true meaning  of Elsa's words. He was pretty sure she wouldn't leave her ice castle for no reason.

" So, I take it that you' ve decided to return to the Castle" He said and a smile spread across his lips. The Queen didn't seem happy at all. She shot him an angry look.

" What are you talking about? No, I'm not going back there" She said with finality. " N-not yet" Hans gave her a strange look in return.

" Don't go back on your word Elsa! You've promised me something!" He reminded her. She knew what she had to do, but for the first time of her life she hesitated.

" Don't worry Hans. I' ll keep my word. I'm not that  stupid" She spat back, snow started to swirl around the room.

" And what about Anna and that boy?" He asked in a softer tone, not wishing to infuriated her more.

" We're taking them with us" She said simply. He didn't say anything back, knowing it would be useless. He struggled to hold his feelings back but found he couldn't.

" I refuse to be King of an Ice Castle. I want power, I want fame. Don't you understand? I need a real Castle" Elsa looked back at him dumbfounded. Did he really mean what he had just said? She shook her head in disbelief.

" I- I thought you really like it" She said, her voice cracking and fading into a whisper. Only then did the Prince realized what he had said and walked to her.

" I'm so sorry Elsa. Don't get me wrong, but I just can't wait to be King of Arendelle" He tried to explain. Elsa sniffed and once she had calmed down a little, she spoke again.

" I can't stay here Hans. Please, understand. And if you do want to rule Arendelle by my side, you need to do as I say. So, are you with me or not? " The red haired Prince took a deep breath. Elsa was right, he didn't have a say in it. Arendelle was not his Kingdom. Not yet..... Elsa didn't seem to mind at all. Hans was under her control, his dark eyes were the only proof.

" But we will return one day, right? " He asked and she could see nothing but hope in his eyes. She nodded in response.

" When?" She closed her eyes, hoping he wouldn't dare ask such a question. She didn't want to lie to him, but was there another option?

" I- I don't know " She answered with a shrug. Hans wasn't pleased with her answer and Elsa sensed it, but couldn't do anything though. " No" He said with determination.

" I can't do that Elsa. I have no patience left. I want the throne. Nothing less" Elsa looked at him. She was hurt by his words. So did she really mean nothing to him? No,it couldn't be....

"Hans please, listen to me. We really have to-"He cut her off.

"No, you better listen to me Elsa. I'm tired all of this. I'm gonna set your sister and that man free, like I should have done in the first place" He said as he started to make his way to the ice staircase.

"No, y-you wouldn't dare" Elsa cried back.

"Oh yeah?! Watch me" He growled and ran up the stairs.
