Quick note : okay so you don't have to read my notes, they're not really important but I just feel like I should have at least one on each chapter. I don't know why.
Any way, this chapter is slightly longer and I hope to make future chapters about this length.
Hope you enjoy! Xx

The game has been going for an hour and a half, and it is really good to watch. It's Slytherin against Ravenclaw and it is really interesting to see how smart Ravenclaws tactics are and how aggressive Slytherin can be. Looking around the field I could easily pick out formations that the  Ravenclaw team members were holding but Slytherin seemed to be all over the place, but not in a bad way like they were completely out of it, it was as if their only tactic was 'take out Ravenclaw - get to the ball'. I soon realised that quidditch wasn't a friendly game, with people being knocked  off thier broomsticks and other people hitting 'bludgers' at them on purpose! God it was scary! Almost hitting people in the head and knocking them out!

Ravenclaw are winning at the moment. It's 70 points to 50 and I can see Malfoy, with an angry sulking expression, on his broomstick from across the field. One of Ravenclaws players is about to score and I hear Samuel gasp as Malfoy uses the end of his broomstick to redirect the ball in a different direction.

"is he allowed to do that? Isn't he the seeker? " I hear Issac say to Samuel
"yeah he is and yeah he is" was all Samuel said
"hey what's wrong with you?" Issac questions
"nothing don't worry about it"
But issac insists on finding out what's wrong and because I don't want to get involved I dicide that's its probably best if I walk away. As I get close to the steps I hear the crowd erupts into a cheer! I turn to see what happened and I hear

"... And Malfoy had caught the golden snitch meaning the game is over and the overall winners are SLYTHERIN with 150 points!"

All the team members are landing back on the ground and everyone looks happy, even the Ravenclaws who were going around and taking handshakes from the Slytherin team to recognise their skills. Good for them. I continue to walk down the stairs and thought it would be good to just meet Issac and Samuel at the bottom.

It's darker now and a little cold so I start to wonder whether I should just leave them or not. That's when I see him, or rather hear him. Malfoy! I walke around the corner and find Malfoy shouting at some kid, one of the forth years on the team. On the Slytherin team. Why is he shouting at someone on his team? I stand there for a second to see what it's about.

"what the hell were you doing out there!" he shouts "it's not my job to defend the goals! It's yours!"
I guess he's referring to when he had to defend the goals just before I walked away from Issac.
"I shouldn't! And I repeat shouldn't! have to worry about you doing your job as well as me doing mine!" he continues and I see the younger boy wince.

I dicide that I can't let this go on and step forward and say "stop" but no one seems to hear me. I take another two steps forward and I'm a little nervous but the younger boy looks on the verge of tears and I feel the need to help him.
"stop it." I say slightly louder but there's still no reaction.
Malfoy looks like he's about to wack his broomstick over the boys head if he continues to rant and just before he says something completely vial to the other boy a wave of confidence comes over me and I shout
"STOP IT MALFOY!" and it's not weak or scared either it's strong and demanding, I'd probably be proud of myself if I didn't now have all the attention on me. I try not to squirm.

He looks at me and there's a look of raw anger and confusion on his face
"Stop it?" he questions
I didn't know what to do, my confidence was rung out of me like water from a spung.
"yes" was all I answered takeing a deep breath and standing up straight.
Malfoy looked as if he was about to say something but he must have dicided I wasn't worth it because he closes his mouth and rolls his eyes.

He turned to his friends and took a couple of steps towards them and I hear him say
"who is this loser?"
Not willing to take the insult, my confidence returned and I took another step towards him and powerfully but not loudly say
"my name" to get his attention "is Raelin Forwards"
"oh," he replied with a slight raise of his eyebrows and tilt of the head "you're the new girl". He put emphasis on the 'you're' and dragged out 'new girl' like it was an insult.
"yes, I am" I replied and tried to act casual but harsh
"right" he said studying me, looking head to tow then making eye contact with me for the first time
"where did you come from?" he askes but it's clear he's not interested, just wanting some information on me, probably to use against me. I answer him anyway
"London"
"I meant school" he said with an eye roll and he looked back to his friends with a hand gesture towards me
"Newtam Grammar School for Girls" I said with pride dispite the fact that he probably had no idea what that was.
"oh, your a muggle born?" he questions and I see humor behind his eyes, an evil humor.
"you say that like it's an insult" I snap.
"that's not the insult" Malfoy says and he walks towards me powerfully that his green quidditch robes blow behind him. He stops directly in front of me and I want to step backwards but I don't want to seem weak.
"what is then?" I say quietly because, to be honest, he's so close to me right now that one, he can probably hear my breathing so there really no need to be loud and two, my skins heating up and my hearts beating faster that I'm too afraid to speak any louder just in case I embarrass myself.

I never hear the answer as that's when Issac and Samuel come round the corner too

"Raelin! Are you okay" Issac calls to me and I quickly turn around and away from Malfoy.
"oh if it isn't Issac and Sam" Malfoy taunts with emphasis on Samuels name.
"Shut up Malfoy!" Issac defends his friend. He's walking with meaning so that his robes are blowing in the wind too.
"yeah don't call me that" Samuel states weakly from behind Issac, as if he's only got enough courage to say something after Issac did.
"come to save the little mud blood have you?" Malfoy says and I know for sure that that is an insult even though I'm not entirely sure what it means.
"HOW DARE YOU!" Issac screams and he quickens his pace, nudging me out the way and he draws his fist back. Before anyone realises what's about to happen, Issac's fist connects with Malfoy's face and I scream a little, he let's out a deep moan as he staggers back. When Malfoy looks up I see his lip is spilt slightly and his hair is all messed up. His face quickly changes from pain to anger and he's soon on Issac, grabing hold of his shoulder and repeatedly punching him in that face.
"STOP IT!" I cry but it's no use.
It's not long though until Issac gets into control again, and he is now pushing Malfoy to the ground and straddling his waist in order to hit him over and over in the gut, face and neck.
Samuel goes to run in and on instinct I grab his arm to stop him.
"let go of me!" he says angry towards me and I do without a second thought.
He then runs and pulls Issac off of the Slytherin boy telling him to leave it and that we should go, that this will only make matters worse, I don't know what he means by that but I assume he means any punishment if they are caught fighting.
Malfoy's friends are only now coming to help, lifting him off the ground and turning to run away.

Samuel says something to Issac and it seems to calm him. Both boys return to me and I'm almost scared of Isssac now because of what I just saw. Issac walks straight past me without a word and Samuel just says
"he'll be fine later" without even looking at me.
I follow them both back to the castle in silence.
