Austin leaves today and I'm dreading it. "Do you have everything packed? Tooth brush? Underwear? Socks?" I asked and he nodded each time. "I'm gonna miss you so much and so is Amber." I said pouting on the bed.
"I know baby I'll miss you guys too but it's only for three months and then I'm done for a while. We will have our little family and go on so many amazing trips Amber will live a dream life." I smiled. Even though it made me happy I was still sad to know he was leaving.
I was almost a little scared as to be here alone even though Ari lives down the road and we had crazy security it still worried me. "What time do you have to leave again?" I asked and he sat next to me.
"In about 3 hours I want to spend as much time with you and amber as I can before the 3 hours are up." He finished with kissing my nose "daddy!" Amber said running into the room and right to her daddy.
"Hi pumpkin let's play a game hide and go seek." He said and we all got up. "You can hide with me amber he will never find us." I said picking her up and running out of the room the hide while Austin count.
"3.2.1 ready or not here I come." I heard Austin say as we hid in Ambers closet "Mommy." Amber said and I tried my best to shhh her before he heard us "daddy will hear us we have to be as quiet as we can." I said baby she smiled.
Her vocabulary was getting so much better now that we've been teaching her and giving her the love she deserved all along. I don't know how anyone couldn't love this little bundle of joy.
"Amber, Arizona where are you?" I heard Austin say getting closer to Ambers room. "Right here daddy." As she ran from my arms back busted out of the closet. "You gave us away." I said as she jumped in her dads arms.
"She can't keep a secret." Austin said kissing me "I guess not." I said ticking amber cussing her to laugh. "Tattoos." Amber said touching Austin's face and tracing his tattoos. We both. Had a crazy amount of them so we had to teach her what they were.
After we had lunch and read a few books it was time for Austin to leave and it creeped up so fast on me. "I have to go sunflower." He said standing up picking up amber and showering her with kisses.
"I love you so much my little blooming bud." He said loving on her again. "And you my sunflower you are my whole world. And you know if you want me to cancel I will all you have to say is the word." I smiled at him "you can't do that to your fans we will be fine baby." I said kissing him and he hugged me.
"I will be back as soon as I can my love. I will FaceTime you every single night I promise. I love you girls." He said again kissing us both before he shut the door and he was gone.
I set the alarm and turned around picking up amber "daddy?" She said in a questioning tone. "He will be back baby I promise". I tried not to cry but I wasn't used to this house being empty and just me and Amber.
This is the first night we won't read a book together. This is the first night in a long time I've not sleep with Austin cuddled around me. I really miss him already. But three months can't be that bad right?
After I put amber to bed it was time for me to text Austin. He should be arriving soon and I want to make sure he makes it there safe. I know he'll be sad Amber was already in bed but she has a bed time.
I texted Austin and he texted me back saying he would face time soon and sure enough my phone rang about 5 minutes later.
"I made it here baby I miss you girls already though."
"We miss you too, she asked about you before bed. I think she missed you helping me read her books to her."
"Three months couldn't be over fast enough."
"I know baby but I'm going to get some sleep I'll text you tomorrow I love you." I said and we said our goodbyes and I went to the bedroom where amber was and cuddled up to her.
If I couldn't sleep with Austin I would at least cuddle my baby girl. I decided to sing one of my favorite songs to her "In my daughter's eyes, I can see the future. And though she'll grow and someday leave Maybe raise a family When I'm gone I hope you'll see How happy she made me For I'll be there In my daughter's eyes"
