In his grasp Yeolhyun soon silenced into less than a whisper as he supposingly became sleepy, which didn't sit so well for Jonghyuk or Jongin who watched over him closely. They thought Chanyeol had too believed the facade only to find he too was observing the younger curiously.

The trio examined Yeolhyun throughout the morning to evening at every little thing he did.

One thing that stood out to them is that he was surprisingly nice to the fans and even took photos with some which even surprised his haters. It seemed his new attitude was a shock to everyone.

His brother's members were at a loss when he laughed along to their insults or little thoughts of him. It didn't make sense at all and his friends just didn't know what to do with him.

Baekhee on the other hand wasn't liking this version of Yeolhyun at all, he ignored her and distanced himself as if they weren't a couple at all. It made her feel alone and unwanted, especially when he spoke of other girls in her presence.

As the days progressed things only worsened, Chanyeol was confused while Yeolhyun's friends were at a lose. Yeolhyun refused to acknowledge Baekhee's existence. He didn't care, every time it was just them he'd be on his phone and show no interest, let alone attraction to her.

He stayed clingy to his brother and a tad closer to Baekhyun that made him happy, happy they could move on from past mistakes. Things were resolved between them and it seemed like there was never a distance between the two.

With this change brothers with much caution returned the youngers back to school as they stayed away for two weeks for promotions and such.

Now with the elders away things began to get interesting at school. The private school of the rich and lucky.

Yeolhyun's pov

The school was buzzing with excitement, the school was vibrant and louder.

"Who could the new kids be?" I wondered curiously at my desk, while the others surrounded me, hovering over me with their concerned gestures.

I deem them unnecessary.

They rolled their eyes at me, how rude. I'm just trying to break the tensions.

"What if it's a cute girl? Like wooo, bet she's adorable from the rumors I've heard" Kyungmi slapped my arm.

"What was that for?!"

"Idiot you have a girlfriend! What's with you?"

I rolled my eyes. "I don't like her"

Everyone went silent as I heard a smash behind me. It's was Baekhee with some snacks.

"Y-your kidding m-me right?" She stuttered with tears threating to fall.

The atmosphere sunk... "It wasn't meant to be, I love you like a sister... We kinda did grow up together and I just can't imagine us in a solid relationship anymore. I'm tired of lying to my self, I see no future with you"

She had a sad smile on before she ran away and Kyung mi went after. Jonghyuk hissed in my direction.

Guess he didn't agree with my tactics.

"Don't you feel bad!?"

I nodded my head.

“But I rather she knows the truth now then later. I do care about her, just not like a romantic kind of way. Sorry.”

I got up from my seat feeling Jonghyuk was just going to start preaching crap I don't care about. It's just like him.

And within a single  glance I disappeared before him. I wandered around the school reading posters of my love life.

Has managed to break another heart. My dude already had peaches, she slipped up once and he plays her like a victim.
