Kelley POV. No mist
Hey, I'm Kelley the top dog at hillside high. That is until Reyna showed up. She's not even popular! She just keeps to herself and is nice to everyone. I mean, who does that? All the boys want to date her now instead of me. I guess she has this aurora of power around her which is kind of weird if you ask me. My current boyfriend actually dumped me to go ask her out and she had the nerve to decline! So today during mythology class I'm going to claim that I'm a daughter of Aphrodite, even though I'm not. This should put everyone's attention back on me. There's no way it could go wrong.

—-time skip to mythology— still Kelley——

"So class can anyone tell me about who led the demigods into battle in the most recent titan war?"

A few people raised their hands but the teacher picked on Reyna.
"Reyna since you never pay attention in my class would you care to take a guess on who led the second titan war?"

"Sure. On the Greek side a son of Poseidon and Athena led the demigods with the help of a Satyr to led the nature spirits and a daughter of Zeus that led the hunters of Artemis. Meanwhile on the Roman side a son of Jupiter and a daughter of Bellona led the romans."

"Very good. Now can you tell me the Greek traitors of the titan war?"

"They were hero's in the end." Said Reyna. "That's all that matters now."

The whole class was silent even the teacher. How did she know so much about this stuff? I figured now was the time to do it.

"I am Kelley Green, daughter of Aphrodite! Bow before me mortals!"

Everyone looked shocked and kneeled. Except for Reyna, she just sat there watching me.
"Reyna." I said ."That is no way to treat your superior."

At this she laughed.

"You are not my superior." She said. "Also, you are no daughter of Aphrodite."

"How would you know?" I asked.

"Give me your hand." She demanded.

Before I could object my hand acted on its own. She pulled out a dagger! And cut my hand! Except it didn't cut it? It went right through! This is getting weird. Reyna stood up and started talking.
"I am Reyna Avila Remirez- Arelleno, preater of the twelfth legion. Transporter of the Athena Parthenos, defeater of Orion. Savior of Olympus."

She turned to me and gave me a hard look. "And you just made me lose a bet with Nico."

With that she walked out of the class, grabbed her stuff out of her locker and never came back.
