Side Chapter 1 - Part 1: Oumeno - Hanging with a liar

3rd POV

It was first period and Kokichi was sitting at a table talking with Shuichi and Kaito, Kokichi was listening in to the conversation between Shuichi and Kaito but then lose interest. Kokichi turned his head to find someone else to talk to when he landed his eyes on Himiko, she was standing there talking to Tenko and Angie. Kokichi got up from his seat and walked over to them, Kokichi interrupted Tenko as she was talking and look at Himiko smiling cheerfully. "Nyeh, what do you want Kokichi?" Himiko asked him sounding annoyed. "What gives you the right to interrupt our conversation you menace!?" Tenko said, but was ignored. "Hey Himiko, you wanna hangout with me after school?" Kokichi asked leaning in closer to her. "Hm.. I don't know.. What are you scheming Kokichi?" Himiko said sounding wary of him. "Wha- Himiko. Do you think i'm trying to prank you or something?" Kokichi said trying to play the victim. "Why do you want to hang out with me anyways?" She asked.

"Because we're friends of course! Don't you want to hangout with your friend Himi~?" Kokichi said in a teasing tone poking her cheek. "You degenerate! How dare you touch Himiko's face!" Tenko said getting ready to attack him. "Oh didn't you know Tenko? Himiko and I touch each other like this all the time!" he said to her, Her face grew red. He meant for it to sound the way it sounded and Tenko definitely took it that way. "If I agree to hangout with you will you stop bothering me?" Himiko asked. "Mm.. Sure!" Kokichi responded with a grin. "There's no way I'll allow Himiko to go over your house!" Tenko said getting defensive over Himiko. "Then I guess I'm going over you house then. Great! Can't wait! See you later Himi!" Kokichi said before running away and heading out the class. "We're not really going to let him come over.. Are we?" Tenko asked Himiko. "Nyeh I told him I'd hangout with him if he left me alone."

A few minutes after that whole little scene the bell rung, the students said goodbye to each other and headed to their next class.

Time skip~ (At Lunch)

The girls decided to eat their lunch at a different table so they can talk about things they didn't want the boys to hear, the boys sat at a different table not to far from the girls. "So who understands how to do the homework for math?" Kaito asked scratching the back of his head. "It's actually not that hard Kaito, I could help you with it after school, I just got to pick up my little sisters from school first." Ranatro said taking a sip of his strawberry milk. "Thanks buddy, I really appreciate your help! I didn't know you had sisters though.." "Yeah I have twelve little sisters, but I only live with four of them." "Oh? I bet your the cool big brother, am I right?" Asked Kaito. Rantaro chuckled and continued drinking his milk. "Hey Rantaro i'm not going straight home today so don't wait for me ok?" Kokichi said."Hm? Where are you going?" He asked.

"Over Himiko's place~" Kokichi said with a smirk on his face. "Wait why are you going over Himiko's house? And what the hell is up with that face you're making?" Kaito asked raising a brow. "Because Himiko and I are friends! So It's only natural that I go over to her house to hangout." "You think Tenko is going to allow you to even step foot in her house?" Rantaro asked. "Hey, since when did you and Himiko get so close Kokichi?" Kaito asked not so sure if he was telling the truth or not. "Nee-hee-hee, Kaito don't you know? Himiko and I are practically mates! Yep!" Kokichi said with a huge grin plastered on his face. "W-wait! For real?!" Keebo asked sounding very surprised by that statement. "It's a lie Keebo, can't you tell?" Said Shuichi. "Yeah, that was definitely a lie. But it's true that Himiko and I are friends." Kokichi said with a straight face. "Well I hope you don't get into any trouble then, knowing Tenko she might end up throwinging you across a room." Rantaro said to Kokichi chuckling at the thought. They continued chatting with each other and eating their lunch until the bell rang.
