UNKNOWN PERSON'S POV

“Finally!” I said to myself and took a deep breath. I turned the door's knob and found it unlock.

Seriously? That girl should learn how to lock their door. I mean what if some bad guys try to sneak in and ambush them? rape her?

NO! I'm not a bad person though I am sneaking in right now. Well you call this sneaking in, right? I call it silent entering. Mweheheh

I gently pushed the door open not wanting for anybody to wake up and let myself in. I just want to make sure that Victoria is home and safe and sound. . . ly sleeping. I chuckled softly, that thought surely made me smile. I visualized her sleeping, sleeping soundly with her mouth wide open with a pillow under right leg elevating it. Yep! That’s how she sleeps. She does all the times, snoring and talking in her sleep. I miss that girl, haven’t seen her for ages.

My plan is I’m going to surprise them for coming home and yet I was the one who was surprised. The lights were off but the tv was on with some movie playing.

Yeah I know it’s past 12 o’clock already but come on. It’s not that late yet for that girl, she usually sleeps around 2 in the morning whether there will be classes the next day or not.

So when I went near the couch to reach for the remote to turn off the TV, I was shocked by what I saw.

“THIS CAN'T BE REAL! MY EYES MUST BE PLAYING TRICKS ON ME!” I yelled in my mind.

The time stopped for a minute.

I squint my eyes to see clearer in the dark and saw an unfamiliar man cuddling with Victoria. It’s not Cris. And take note they are both fast asleep. . . IN MY FREAKING COUCH!

NEVER in my wildest dream had I thought this kind of thing would even happen.

I was too stunned to move at first. I was lost for words I don’t know what to say or what to do.

I saw Victoria moved to snuggle closer to the guy, that’s when my senses came back.

So when what I saw finally sink in I run away from my spot as swift and as quiet as I can. Shut the door softly and run away from the house.

I was panting from all that running. I guess I am not as young as I thought I was anymore. Such a short distance sends me out of breath.

I found myself at the corner of the street, four blocks away from the house.

“I just can’t believe what I just saw. There must be a mistake somewhere. I must have entered the wrong house.” I looked back at the house to check and I didn’t enter the wrong house.
