"Oh boy, you got a lot of explaining to do Vicky!" Ash started as she shake her head to the side. Shaun has left already, or should we say was kicked out of the house.

*FLASHBACK*

"BITCHY VIC ARE YOU THERE?" Shit. It's Ash. She's outside of my house. Im dead. Oh boy! Oh boy! Im a deadmeat.

"Shaun! Quick!" I called out to him from the kitchen. "You need to leave. Now!" I said panicking. "But Im still fixing our breakfast." He argued.

I went behind him and started to push him out of the door. "That's so sweet of you but you really need to go home now or else Im dead."

"Vicky! Answer me, are you home?" Ash yelled from the other side of the door.

"You tryin to hide me from your friend? Its not like we did something." He stopped right in front of the door then faced me.

Ashley banged the door ordering us to open it. "Vicky! Come on!"

To my surprise, Shaun opened the door. Ashley was right there with eyes wide open, her hands still in the air ready to band the door again and her mouth open. "Wha-" She stuttered.

Ash and my eyes met halfway, Shaun and Ashley's eyes met too. I looked at Shaun only just then I realized the he was not wearing any shirt except for his low waist pants that shows his delicious v line(--oops?).

My hand automatically moved and closed the door, banging it to Ash's face. She'll kill me for that.

I was surprised again when, this time, Ash opened the door. Shaun and I looked at her in shock but what shocked me more was that Shaun kissed me in the lips and said, "Laters princess."

He dashed out of the house and onto his car. Ash and I was stunned by what just happened. Within a couple of seconds Shaun honked his car and quickly ran out of our sight.

"What was that?" I muttured to myself.

*END OF FLASHBACK*

"That was nothing!" I said defending myself.

"He just came out of your house topless, called you princess and kissed you on the lips and you're telling me its nothing? Are you making a fool out of me, Vicky?" Guilty as charged, I wasnt able to say anything back.

"And to make things worse it was just the two of you alone in this house all night. What do you think Cris will say if he founds out about this?" Ash said feeling frustrated.

"He wouldn't know if you wouldn't say anything." I said in a small voice.

"Are you out of your mind!?" She yelled at me and I flinched so I just sat on the couch and shut my eyes close.

"Nothing really happened between us. I swear!" Im serious tho. nothing really happened between us. "We just talked about my problem and stuff. He was just comforting me." I added.

"My point is why him? Im here Vicky. I'm your bestfriend. Why didn't you came to talk to me?" Ash groaned and plopped down to the couch opposite to mine.

"I'm thinking of breaking up with Drake." I whispered.

"What?" She snarled at me. "Is he the reason you want to break up with Drake?"

We fell into complete and heavy silence until her sigh broke the tension. "Devon and I patched things up." She said while rubbing her temples, I perked up. "Really?" I squealed.

"Yes, but things aren't the same as before." She confessed. I stood up and went to sit beside her. "Did he explained his shits to you?" I asked.

"He just... begged, and cried... and pleaded for me to come back. I mean its not that I dont believe his words  but... come on let us be realistic here. He left me alone for 3 months not saying or doing anything and now, out of nowhere he'll come back and begs me to come back to him. I just... Im just..." Ash was lost for words.

I could feel her worry. She's scared. She has loved and has been hurt before so she has somewhat put up a tougher and stronger barrier around her heart though she allows us, her friends, inside it to guard herself from any pain that disappointments may cause.

"3 months? That's quite a long time. Do you think he's still serious about you this time?" I dont know what else to say! My mouth just spills everything that comes to my mind.

Ash looked at me for a minute before turning her head down. She started to play with her hands indicating that she's somewhat stress or confused.

I grabbed her hands and held it tight. "I don't know anymore." She whispered in a very weak voice trying to conceal the pain. If you don't know this bitch surely you wouldn't easily notice but not me. I know my friends inside-out.

I hugged her and said, "Shush dear." I rub a few small circles in her back before slowly releasing her.

"I'll help you find the answer. I can't really treat your situation now as if it wouldn't be my problem in the future, besides Drake and I are also on the point of losing each other. But who can blame me? He's just teaching me how to live without him and... "I paused for a second and took a deep breath before continuing.

" I guess that's for the better, no? That I really am better off without him. That he's just fucking with me. It's been a month or two since he left me without a proper goodbye. Maybe... he's just dying to break it all off with me that night that he didn't even bother waking me up to say goodbye." I sighed. Ah shit! Now Im in a slump.

"Oh come on Vicky?! Why the sudden change in the mood? But yeah we'll try to work things out for now. We'll see if he really is worth the second chance. We really wouldn't know if we'll never try right?" She cheered me up.

I smiled. A genuine one. "You're really the best Ash! Now Im in a mood for some ice cream." I squealed.

Ash chuckled totally lightening up the atmosphere. "Come on, let's pick them all up."

"Nash isnt in town. We got no ride to get some icecream downtown." I frowned. Ashley laughed in a fake way. "Are you kidding me? I got a driver, remember?" She ended her statement with an irritating laugh again. I groaned.

"Who are you texting?" I asked. "Are you dumb or an idiot? Like... seriously?" Her pitch hurts my eardrums. 

"Ok, we got ourselves a ride. Devon's on his way." She grinned. "Bitchy Ash is as bad as ever", I laughed.
