Arielle POV:

*3 Months Later

Well it's been three months since the day of me and Drew's big argument and to be honest, it's been awful since. First I heard he was fuckin with hella hoes, then I heard he quit his job and on top of that we barely talk. Like I wouldn't even consider our asses friends, I'm now associates with my baby's father. Hugh, this shit sucks but I keep tryna put it in the back of my head so I won't stress me and the baby out.

Today I was going to a doctor's appointment to find out if I was having a boy or a girl. I decided to invite Drew since last month he called me and told me he wanted to be informed when anything is up with me and the baby. He told me he would come but I don't know, he always says something and does another so we'll see.

I was now in the patients room with my blouse over my now big belly when I heard the door opening, I was kinda surprised to see it was Drew. "Wusgood gorgeous." He said with that smile that I missed.

"Hey Drew, how are you?"

"I'm good, you?" He asked while kissing my forehead then my belly. Only affection I got in awhile, kinda made me feel better.

"I'm doing good."

"That's good, so are you excited to find out what we're having?"

"Yes! What about you?"

"You know I am, but it doesn't matter to me cause either way they gone be Daddy's little trooper." He said smiling.

"Awe I'm glad to hear that. So that means you're gonna really step up?"

"Yeah, without a doubt especially if I'm tryna get my girl back in my life." And with that he kissed my hand. I just smiled and nodded my head. "Look these past few months been kinda fucked up for me, especially without you. Shit even when we were mad at each other we put our relationship aside and you became a friend when I was going thru shit. With saying that I have a lot to tell you Ari. So can we talk about it after this?"

"Yeah let's go get lunch and catch up after this." He nodded his head and kissed my hand again.

Dr. Solstice then walked in. "Well hello Mrs. Smith and I'm guessing you're the daddy to be?" He said putting his hand out for Drew to shake.

"Uh yes, Drew Jones." Drew shook his hand.

"Well nice to finally meet you Mr. Jones, I'm Dr. Solstice. I heard a lot of good things about you from this little lady right here." We all smiled. "Well you guys are here to find out the sex of your little bundle of joy and I'm here to bring the great news so let's get started." He put his gloves on and put the jelly on my stomach. Me and Drew held hands while Dr. Solstice rubbed the monitor over my stomach. "Well it looks like you guys are having a baby girl!"

"Oh my gosh, she got your nose Drew!"

"Aye she smiling at us!" Drew looked so happy and excited.

"Congratulations to you two! Now let me go get you two copies of the ultrasound." Solstice was leaving out the room.

"So how you feeling, honestly?" He smiled at me before speaking.

"I'm happy forreal, now we can get some things in order since we know the sex."

"That feels good to hear, I'm so happy you ca-" I was interrupted by Drew's lips crashing into mines. The kiss was so long and passionate just how I like it, something that I missed.
