nine - part three

Nesiree POV:

Soon as we got off the phone I tried to put all the bad thoughts in the back of my head so I could get ready for the day. I hooked my cell up to my speaker and was blasting "What's Best For You" by Trey Songz all through my room. I went to my bathroom to take a quick shower and wash my hair. After getting out I put my hair in a ponytail and headed straight to my closet.  It was only one o'clock so I just settled on some gray aéropostale sweats. I grabbed my purse and headed downstairs.

"Where are you going Nes?" I heard my mom ask coming out the living room.

"Take care of some party stuff." I said simply putting on my wheat timbs. "See you later."

"Nesiree Lyn bring your butt back here."

"Wassup mom. I'm on a time schedule my birthday party is today."

"I don't care about all that. Now me and your dad have been back for a week now and you either been over Jacob's house, which I don't like or in your room. So you tell me what's up." Hugh why do she have to test me today.

"Why are you so worried about that. Did you notice that Trent's been gone since you guys came back? Did you notice that not only I've been with him but with Ari and Serenity? Now since you wanna know what's really up I'm mad at myself, at you guys and at your brother that you left us with. I was raped by my supposedly uncle while you guys were gone and y'all did nothing about it but kick him out and that's it cause y'all didn't want to look bad but shouldn't that have been a lesson? NO y'all stay gone even more cause y'all feel guilty. You shoulda been here consoling your daughter but what you took three days off and back to doing you. What's even more fucked up about my situation is that I wanna have sex with my boyfriend-"

"Hey hey watch it Nesiree!" She yelled over me.

"NO let me finish I want to have sex with my boyfriend but I can't cause I'm scared!" She stood there with tears in her eyes just as I but I couldn't take it no more. I turned around and walked out the door. When I hopped in the car I wiped my tears and sped off. I wasn't going to see Jake til later but I needed someone to talk to and Ari was at another doctor's appointment so to Jake it is. I parked at a near by park so I could call him.

Jake: Wassup babe

Me: Can I come over?

Jake: Aye you crying?

Me: No I'm fine can I come?

Jake: You know you can. But do me a favor stop crying and be safe on your way over here.

Me: Okay, bye.

I heard Nes knocking downstairs and before I could get down there, my mom opened the door. She's gonna be staying with me and Marcus til Monday which is coo. I missed my mom.

"Hey baby... Huh what's wrong?" I heard my mom ask.

"Nothing I'm fine.. Uh is Jake here?" She was sniffling.
