nine - part one

Nesiree POV:

So after Jake took me shopping I went home and nobody was there which pissed me off, like damn it is my birthday. I haven't received a "happy birthday" text, no gifts or nothing from my stupid family. Good thing Jacob loves me cause I wouldn't be doing nothing if he wasn't with me. The person I'm really mad at is Arielle. Yeah she my sister but she like my bestfriend and she canceled plans with me! I'm about to call her right now need someone to yell at.

Ari: hey birthday girl.

Me: dont hey me, wtf! Why you cancel on me and why none of y'all tryna tryna spend time with me on my birthday?!

Ari: woah calm down killer, your party tomorrow what's the big deal?

Me: my actual birthday is today tho! You know what fuck y'all. Don't talk to me anymore, send that to the rest of your FAM too.

After hanging up on her I decided that I'm just gonna take a little nap on the couch til my dinner with Jake.

Serenity POV:

"That lil wanch just hung up on me." Ari said facing me then back to her phone.

"Someone has a attitude on their birthday." I laughed while getting Mi'Sean dressed.

"Hell yeah imma punch Jake's ass at this dinner. It was his plan to do this and now he got her calling cussing me out."

"Well I'm sure she'll apologize when she sees all of us together at this surprise dinner."

See Jake decided since we didn't have the dinner way back when Nes wanted to have it, he was gonna give it to her. Isn't he sweet? Even tho some of us aren't seeing eye to eye we gone suck it up and play nice for Nes. That's how much we love her. Me and Ari decided to get together at my house to help each other with what we were gonna wear to the dinner. The men were in the living room playing the PS4 as usual.

"Monte get off the damn game so we can go. Y'all asses always on the game, yeah I'm talkin' to yo ass too Drew! Get y'all asses up!" I was yelling at them standing in front of the TV.

"Damn Ren. Is Arielle even dressed? That's who we waiting on." Ari came walking in the living room with her arms crossed and stood in front of the TV.

"Andrew Taryn Jones, if you don't get yo ass up so we can leave" he stood up immediately and Monte ass laughed.

"Damn, nigga you scared of her?" Monte said while laughing. I smacked my lips. "Shut yo ass up and grab Mi'Sean why you tryna punk somebody." He smacked his lips and did exactly what I said. They know us ladies run it they be killin' me.

After putting some of our gifts in the car we all headed to Sotto Sotto, a Italian restaurant. Jacob rented it out so we only had it. He also rented it out for their birthday party.

We're all so proud of Nesiree and Jacob. They're graduating this year and doing good for themselves. We are not only surprising Nes tho. I hope this all works out.
