Arielle POV:

*The Night Before

I was sitting up in the hospital bed watching Love & Hip-hop when my little bro Trent knocked on the door and walked in. It was about 10 so I was honestly confused. "Hey bro what you doing here at this time of night.

"Uh I don't know. I was missing you and the twins so I walked up here." WALKED I thought to myself.

"What you doing walking at this time of night?"

"Had to get out the house and dad and my mom wouldn't bring me so I walked." Right then I knew something was wrong but I didn't wanna bother him and ask whole bunch of questions so I let it go.

"Okay well you wanna stay here for the night?" He nodded his head yeah and I moved over in my bed so he could lay with me. It was silent for a min then he spoke and asked me a question that I didn't expect from him.

"Sis what was you and Ren's mom like?" I haven't heard that question from anyone in awhile.

"What do you mean Trent?"

"What was she like?" He asked looking up at the ceiling.

"Well she was almost exactly me and Ren. She was super sweet til you hit a nerve. She was raised to be respectful and to get the same in return and if not there would repercussions. She was so loving and caring, she used to hate when me and Ren got in trouble cause she didn't want us to be on punishment. She was just a perfect woman to me. She was funny and sarcastic like Ren, but goofy and odd like me. Man my mom was a superwoman." I paused so I wouldn't cry.

My mom died when I was 14 and Ren was 17. Not too long ago for us, still bothers me at times. She was raped then killed by this crack head that broke into our house while we were at our Dad's. Worst day of our life is when we got home and seen her laying lifeless in the middle of our living room. She didn't deserve any of that and sometimes it still gets to me why it had to be her and why we couldn't be there to help. It's been five years and still doesn't seem real.

I moved with my dad's mom after getting in an bad argument with his new fiancé which is Trent and Nes mom. I couldn't take her slandering my mom's names and making assumptions about her death. It pissed me off and I jumped on her.

Luckily Drew actually got to meet her before she left and she actually liked him. And I know now she's prolly shocked just as me that we're here now with kids, and Ren still with Tay and got a baby and one on the way. I know she's watching over us and her grandkids.

"I wish I had a mom like that." Trent took me out of my thoughts.

"What's going on with you and Natalie?" (Nes & Trent's mom name)

"She's so annoying. I'm tired of her she be gone for weeks and then come back like she in charge. Far as I know you, Ren and Nes been taking care of me. He looked at me to make sure I was feeling what he was saying.

"Yeah I know babes. If you want I'll have dad talk to her about it. You know I would but I don't like yo mom and it would go 0 to 100 real quick bro." I said making him laugh.

"Yeah just talk to dad for me." He said still laughing.

"Got you now get some sleep." I turned off the night light on my bed and we dozed off into sleep.

*Next Day

I woke up to Drew sitting on a couch holding Aubrie and Trent holding Arrias. I stayed laying down tryna hear what they was talkin about.
