My eyes began fluttering open, my vision was blurry from waking up. I was actually able to fall asleep for once. But the voices in the distance woke me up.

I glanced around spotting a couple of Anbu guarding Lady Hokage. They were quietly walking down the hallway, looking through each cell and inspecting them. They skipped many cells but Lady Tsunade had a couple conversations with a few of the other prisoners. I merely sighed and hung my head down low again and closed my eyes attempting to fall asleep. However, this was quickly interrupted by the sound of Lady Hokage's intimidating voice reaching out to me. I shot my head up but never made eye contact in fear of making disrespectful eye contact.

"Who are you?" She exclaims.

"I uh...I'm Y/N...Kisune Y/N from the Hidden Leaf."

I chuckle a little.

"I wouldn't be laughing if I were you, Y/N," Tsunade said.

"Well you're not me. Though I find it amusing. Kisune Y/N from the Hidden Leaf. I actually like the sound of that. Has a nice ring to it," I reply with ultimate sincerity.

Truth be told, I really did love the sound of it. Makes me feel like I wasn't in a terrorist organisation that almost wiped out all the nations.

"Am I correct in believing that you are 'The Hidden Leaf Ripper'"? The Hokage asked.

"Tch, guil-ty as charged," I attempt to sound chill but my voice cracked mid-sentence in actual guilt.

I could feel borderline tears brimming my eyes ever so slightly, but not enough to stream down my face.

I feel very guilty for my actions. But I will never show that I am weak.

One of the Anbu unlocks the lock on my cell and slides the door open. Lady Tsunade approaches me and firmly grasps the hem of my ragged shirt. Pulling me closer into her, she glares at me in the eyes before saying,

"Do you really believe you're capable of being Kisune Y/N of the hidden leaf?"

"No," I snap back.

"And why's that?" She retorts slightly irritated.

"No one will ever see me as anything but the 'Hidden Leaf Ripper'. I will never see myself as anything other than that." I mumble lowly. Every word spoken stricken with pain.

"Let's test that theory out then," she says as her face relaxes and twists into a determined smile.

An anbu enters the cell, "Are you really sure about this Lady Hokage?"

"Don't question my actions Anbu, I am your Hokage."

The Anbu unlocks my chains. As soon as my hands become free, my body is no longer suspended causing me to fall to the ground immediately from fatigue, stiffness, and pain. Lady Tsunade kneels down and charges her chakra to heal my body.

"You can heal my body," I pant. "But can you heal my soul?" I wheeze.

"That's just what I plan to do Y/N. Just you wait," Tsunade smiles.
