Allyana closed her eyes before she sighed and smiled reopening her eyes. Thomas and her walked to his car after they both waved Isla goodbye’s. Thomas broke the silence after going through the road for a while.

“She doesn’t go to the same campus?”

“No, she can’t. She takes night classes near her house. She had to work in the day because her parents are both diseased. So, it’s the only way she can fulfil her living.”

“Oh, I’m sorry.”

“Yeah. It’s been a hard year for her. But that’s how I got close with her. She’s the only friend I can talk everything with. And she told me everything about what she was going through. So…”

“There’s a light in every darkness right?”

“Yeah. I think so.”

“What faculty do you take?”

“Astronomy.”

“Really? Wow.”

“Yeah.” She chuckles a little.

“When are you graduating?”

“In 3 weeks.”

“Why are you still taking classes?”

“Oh it’s for extra points.”

Thomas stared shocked at her and all she did was laugh. Just about 10 minutes of talking through the streets, they arrived at Allyana’s campus.

“When can I see you again?” Thomas asked.

“3.30.”

“I’ll be here.”

“Ok.” She answered short leaving his car and walked inside the campus.

The whole time Allyana was in class, her mind was not in the room. It’s flying through the clouds of meeting Thomas after her class. The time had finally come for the class to be dismissed and Allyana took her steps to the gate of her campus. The same blue metallic coloured car which took her to school appeared in front of her eyes with a smiling Thomas on the driver seat. Thomas ran out of the car to open the door for Allyana.

“Where are you taking me?” Allyana asked.

“Anywhere you want, princess.” Answered Thomas.

Allyana showed a smile on her face showing she had a plan. The car stopped and their pairs of shoes touched the road. Thomas gave his hand signalling Allyana to walk in front of him. Allyana and Thomas both walked onto sand surface where there were a couple of people relaxing alongside the sea.

When they stopped on a spot staring at the waves hitting the sand, Allyana suddenly took off her sneakers and her pants alongside her t-shirt. She rushed to the waters and dived in.

“Are you coming!?” Allyana screamed.

“For what!?” Thomas asked.

“A swim!” she said with a smile.

Thomas smiled and took off his jacket, his t-shirt, his pants and his shoes. He followed where Allyana was, waiting for him. Allyana splashed water onto Thomas’s face and he did the same. The sunset had come, shining on Thomas and Allyana who were the only people left in the waters.

Their feet got them on the sand and they sat down on the spot where their things were. Thomas wore his jacket on Allyana’s shoulder, receiving a thank you from her. Then both his and her eyes went to the orange setting sun on the sea.

“It’s beautiful, isn’t it?”

“Yes.” Thomas said facing Allyana.

“So this is your favourite place?" Thomas said again.

“Yeah. But. Actually. I’d pick stargazing as my favourite.” Said Allyana.

“Stargazing?”

“You know. Laying on the roof. Gazing at the blinking stars, remembering their names.”

“That sounds lovely.” Said Thomas to Allyana.

They walked back to his car and Thomas opened the door for her. Just after Thomas stopped his car due to the red light, he woke Allyana up by calling her name but receiving nothing. He tried again and shook her body just a little hoping for respond. But still nothing. The light turned green and all he did was just smile moving his car.

About twenty minutes had passed and roads had been rode before his car finally stopped in front of a not so big house. Daniel opened the door letting Thomas who was carrying Allyana on his hands in. He went upstairs and stopped at a door before opened it then laid her down on the bed inside the room.

He went back downstairs where his best friend, Daniel was waiting on the sofa for him, giving a look.

“What?” Thomas questioned.

“Is that her?”

“Yeah.”

“Remember what you said, Thomas.”

“Yes.”

“It will be beneficial for both you and, her.”

“I know.”

“I just can’t seem to let her go.” Thomas said again after a sigh.

So she ended up at his house🤔. What will happen between the two? Could Thomas let her go?
