Baekhyun pov

Chanyeol was driving while I was just thinking how will the dinner go, as I was sure my mother will make sure to insult me down in front of husband.

I was looking out of the car window when I turned to face chanyeol as he was driving.

It was the first time I actually focused on his face and features. He is really handsome, his eyes with a perfect nose, fluffy lips, sharp jawline, he was perfect. What attracted me the most was his big ears, it reminded of elf ears. I don't know but I just love this ears , they are unique and quite cute.

Suddenly the car stopped and chanyeol was looking at me with a smile, I don't know how long chanyeol will be good to me, I know one day he will also hurt me, he will tell me I'm not worthy to be his partner. But I already know this so I am prepared, till the time he will be good to me, I just want to enjoy that time and when he will ask me to leave, I will leave.

But before that, I have to make my self independent so I can live a life I will be proud of and at least worth it.

" let's go love" chanyeol said.

" Hmm," I replied.

We entered and my brother came to us and he hugged chanyeol  , and gave me a smile but I didnt my smiled back.  Their is no meaning behind all this, so let's ignore their fake love for me.

We entered and I saw my father and mother and a girl sitting on the sofa while they were discussing something. They saw me a faked their best smile.

Chanyeol pov

"Chanyeol I was waiting for you son " Mr. Byun said.

"Hello father " chanyeol replied

"Son I hope baekhyun is not troubling you in anyway, and if  he does you can tell me, I know how to take care of him " Mrs byun said while glaring at baekhyun.

Baekhyun was just looking at them like he doesn't know anything, like he don't know any of them. I could feel the dark aura near him, filled with sadness and despair. His state can be called tabula rasa.

I took his hand and smiled to Mrs byun  "He is the best husband anyone can dream of" I said and smiled at baekhyun. He gave a little smile but no emotions in his eyes.

"Dinner is ready, everyone" Mr. Byun said.

And we all were sitting around the table, I still held baekhyun's hand. His hands were cold, really cold and same was his expressions.

" So chanyeol meet Hana, baekjoon fiance " Mrs byun said with a poker face. I'm sure she doesn't like Hana.

"I know her, Hana, me and baekjoon have been friends since middle school and baekhun secretly dated her so that his mother couldn't find the fact of him dating her "

"Hey Hana, long time no see" I said with a smile.

"Hi chanyeol, congratulations on your wedding , you are a lucky man to have such a beautiful husband " Hana said.

"Yes ,I know I'm really lucky" I said while looking at baekhyun but he was just looking at his plate, he was spacing out again.
