Koakuma, Koa or Kokuma for short, is a loyal individual to Patchouli. She helps her clean the library, serve her like her own mistress (she still considers Remilia as an actual mistress however and didn't abandon her), and is a small bean. She's small and loves getting pats from Patchy. She sometimes study with Patchy as well.
Koa is a devil. Her parents met Remilia before so that's how they met. They also relied on Remilia to take care of her young self because her parents are getting busier and busier to take care of her and eventually died in the midst of the dangerous work they volunteered themselves in. Remilia took her in out of pity and asked Patchouli to watch over her. Patchy loves Koa's accompany, which makes Koa attached to her. She owed everything to Remilia and Patchy.
A serious and a determined individual, she never wished to fail the people who had faith in her helps. She's mostly cheerful and caring, however. She also treats guests very well.
