So I'll only mention a few noticeable ones.
The references comes from Kirby, one of my favourite games.
Kirby is a main protagonist like Reimu. He also uses "Shoot first, ask questions later" policy as stated by MatPat.
He also uses stars, like Marisa, and a bit of a stubborn head.
Flandre's reference comes from Marx. As if it wasn't obvious.
Both had crystal wings, adorable yet terrifying. A crossover would be nice.
