Kasen, Suika, and Yuugi would often meet up, but it's always Suika and Yuugi. Both would drink together and party at bars, so much so they basically had become broke to the point of getting debts from people.
Suika also likes holding onto Yuugi's horn and Yuugi would lift her up easily.
